I liked the way you go to from one room to the other and participants get the opportunity to take a break and interact with different panelist in different forums. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
That you are not able to join the meeting prior to the room opening up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Convenient. Cost-saving. very suitable during the special period such as a pandemic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It would be better if there are other language options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ease of use and fantastic customer services. That fact that is excellent for engagment Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The lack of communication to attendees about the great functionality of the system. It is a private linkedin system but no one knows Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love the unique features RTW has to make virtual events more fun and engaging. It is easy to create your event and start promoting in minutes. I love that you can schedule emails to send to your attendees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It kinda sucks that you have to upgrade your plan to download the attendee list but I get it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
A fresh, time saving, fun approach to network efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not easy to transfer notes/ contacts to my address book.
Or, at least not intuitive (I didn't see it). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Run the World has a very fluid interaction model. If you want to break out of the typical presenter-heavy approach, then RtW could be right for you. Participants in the audience can "grab the mic" and ask to come up "on stage" at any time. While it's tempting to use this feature for Q&A, I like to invite audience participants up to join the conversation for a while. They can step up, stay in the middle of the conversation, or step back, like in a real F2F social gathering.
The other killer feature is Cocktail Party which has been likened to speed dating. As with Grab the Mic, you can use it an any time. It's clearly intended for for one-on-one networking, but I also use it to have break-out discussions of whatever the topic being discussed might be. Together with Grab the Mic, Cocktail party enables a very organic conversation that is unlike any other platform I've used. It's heavily social rather than broadcast.
The last major feature I'll highlight is the built-in registration and messaging of attendees. The site largely does a lot of the setup for you in a very easy wizard-style interface. This isn't unique, but it is particularly well done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
RtW wants to be a social platform but it has not quite achieved that in all areas yet. I'd like to be able to have a weekly event in which people don't have to register separately every time, and I'd also like to have rich messaging among participants between events. The company says it is working on these features. Assuming they are as well done as the rest of the platform, I'll be very happy with it.
Also, word of warning: RtW is not really a direct Zoom competitor. If you're looking to compare it feature-by-feature to major webconferencing platforms, it probably won't come up on top. But I believe that's becomes it is creating a new product category of social synchronous platforms and doesn't fit well into the webconferencing/webinar category. Incredibly natural ways to keep audiences engaged with the speakers and each other. Love the networking function after each talk. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Speed networking features feel a little rushed. Would be cool to have the option to extend the conversation and skip the next round of matching Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The platform is brilliant which I use for all my events. It’s such a good way to meet new people epically through the cocktail party feature. The team are also brilliant, always on hand to help Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It takes time to get a feel of the platform how it works etc so maybe better and more informed demo videos would be really helpful for creators setting up Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The ability to create different meetings and spaces for interaction. I loved that I could jump from one meeting to the next without issue. This allows for flexibility and the ability to find the content most appealing to you. The set-up was easy and any support questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. You lose in-person interaction through video, but that is to be expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Run the World is a great platform for hosting online events, simple to use and easy to setup up different type of events. It has a cool vibe to it, simple works, without having to install any kind of app, directly from your browser. Video is high quality and stable. I have been using heavily the "virtual cocktail" event type, and it's truly a refreshing experience. There's barely any configuration to do for visitors of your events, which makes the experience very smooth.
I also enjoy that I can set up an event with an agenda, with different slots in the schedule, even allowing to mix "event types". Which allows us to for instance to host a talk followed by a networking moment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish there was so more information about the "virtual cocktail" matching algorithm, because some of my event participants where asking about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
