What do you like best about Run The World?

The Speaker / Presenter "stage" links are secure. The speaker has to login to their own account to present. Other platforms don't require a login, they have it to where anyone with the link can present. That'd be scary! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Run The World?

We'd love to have booths for sponsors that they can have easy call to action buttons. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Run The World solving and how is that benefiting you?

Bringing the world together in the Tiny Home industry! We've held multiple events with over 4k and almost 100 countries. We couldn't do that with an in-person event! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Run The World?

Run the world is a very useful app for online video meetings. The streaming quality is good and can be seen easily on even mobile phones with limited internet speed. It lets users join with voice and video and share individual screen.

I like the ability to design customized landing page for events that includes the option for sign in registration. We can also personalize with our own cover photo that members see when they log into event on mobile or computer and have the option for sign in registration. The app allows me to collect details of those who register for my event or scheduled meeting. From setup of flows to design of content, everything about the event can be easily managed from one place.

Group Conference meet section has a capacity of 1000 people, which is very generous and the video meeting can be live streamed to platforms like youtube and facebook from inside the app, which is very convenient.

Run the world also allows automatic video recording of the meeting that can be made available to all the participants once the meeting is over.

Run the world also includes casual group meet option called Happy hour with interesting fun features like group selfie, polling and cocktail that are so cool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Run The World?

Run the world allows custom branding options for a very high price. Full High Definition Video streaming feature is not yet available, so it is challenging to share screens having text notes because the low-quality video prevents viewers from reading the text that is displayed on the screen. Another issue is that the mobile app version for android users is not well developed. Many of my invited guests and participants haven't been able to join my meetings online, causing me great embarrassment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Run The World solving and how is that benefiting you?

In my case, Run the world app is working better than Zoom and Skype for online meetings. I recommend it to everyone who's looking for an easy and convenient way of communication.

Since I started using run the world, I have created online team meetings and interacted with a few clients, and it has been an excellent and great experience for me, operating the app from my desktop. I have not had any issues with it at all. It is straightforward to use, and I would recommend this app to anyone looking for a meeting tool or video call app. But I would also like to warn users to test the app before going live. What do you like best about Run The World?

I like the Intro screen options. I also like the easy-to-find list of past sessions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Run The World?

I would prefer the option to join without registration. Yes, they offer "Cocktail Hour" but for business, I don't want wine glasses...party look. I prefer a Business Networking Hour and photo. I am still undecided as to how many viewers are lost because they don't want to register. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Run The World solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is an easy-to-use system with clear and clean video and audio. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Run The World?

As we moved Whatagraph team to work remotely, we had to come up with new ways to keep people engaged and replace the water cooler conversations with something in the virtual world.

We are very happy we discovered 1:1 speed networking in Run The World as it helps to introduce new team members to the older ones, bring different teams together, and just have some fun.

We use different topics for each event, i.e. find 3 things you have in common; share your Whatagraph story and etc.

The video quality is great, it is super easy and fast to set up to use. Also, it is very easy to track the attendance - it is all visible in a dashboard.

I am a huge fan! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Run The World?

There could be more length options for the 1:1 speed-networking events; also as we are using this tool for employee engagement it would be nice to see some games (e.g. kahoots) organized in the same platform, so we would not have to use other tools for these activities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Run The World:

Very easy to try out the platform for free, just test it out. I had zero problems with the platform! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Run The World solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use Whatagraph for team events to address employee engagement and new joiner onboarding Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Run The World?

One of the best features I like about Run the World is the cocktail party. Great matching tool , with roundtables plus this cool feature after each match, that gives you the option to send your email or linkedin to the person you've just spoken to if you'd like to stay connected / have further conversations. Fantastic for building relationships and communities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Run The World?

Not a huge downside, just the framing of emails received could be more intuitive, especially the calendar options at the end of the email. It's a little tiny at the moment and often it's missed! ( how can i save this on my calendar ? ) So, events get missed when participants don't block it on their calendar. There are reminder emails to remedy this, hence, not a big issue, just a small improvement point.

As an event organiser, I don't receive notification when someone sends me a message on RTW, unless I'm on the app. So, often I don't reply till the next time I get on the app and realise it's either too late or the other person doesn't see the message as he's not active on the app. It would be useful to have options if we wanted to receive notifications via email for instance. Recommendations to others considering Run The World:

If you want to build relationships with new and existing clients, continue engagement post event and have fun, interesting and fascinating events for your business, I highly recommend hosting your events and client engagements through Run The World. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Run The World solving and how is that benefiting you?

Physical events are out of the question for now. So, RTW solves this problem where we can run events quite seamlessly, easy to set up and manage the event without too high cost and having many people to manage the event like it is with a physical event. So this is great!

The best thing I like is the opportunity to organise a great networking experience on RTW. Networking has been a problem with lockdowns as meeting new people and having good conversations is pretty difficult as most suffer with zoom fatigue or would rather wait till we can meet physically. It's a long way from having this resolved, however the cocktail option is rather unique and fun to use, that helps people to want to try it out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Run The World?

Run The World assists me in hosting interactive virtual events for learning and socializing with groups.

The Round Table function is interesting, as it allows guests to discuss issues and meet in groups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Run The World?

The video quality is poor. Despite using a high-bandwidth network, the video quality still has to be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Run The World:

The free plan is limit, so I suggest you can try the pro plan to explore all the feature Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Run The World solving and how is that benefiting you?

To establish an online community where my community may communicate and share ideas. During the Covid 19 era, it has been quite beneficial in terms of building a solid network and adding significant value to my company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Run The World?

The event is simple to set-up and very easy to use. I have enjoyed meeting colleagues from across the world that I normally wouldn't get to speak to. I've also enjoyed catching up with my own team - some of which I've not seen in person for nearly a year! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Run The World?

The only downside is that sometimes the connection is lost and you're unable to match with someone - but within 3-5 mins you're soon paired up with somebody new, so it's only usually a short wait. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Run The World:

Highly recommend this service for keeping your company's colleagues connected and allow them to have some genuine 'down-time' to catch up with people, especially while remotely working from home. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Run The World solving and how is that benefiting you?

The business has significantly grown in the last few years, especially while working from home too, so it's been really beneficial to feel part of the company as a whole and speak to people from various departments to see the 'bigger picture' of the company. It's a lighthearted way to casually catch up with new and old colleagues at a time when WFH can be incredibly lonely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Run The World?

Registration process - the ability to capture far more information and clearer instruction during the registration process for attendees

Not being able to have different bank accounts linked to different events

Being able to combine multiple day events into one event

Ability to work with all common web browsers

A better way to get speakers integrated into the platform. I've had issues with speakers receiving the invite email Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Run The World:

Be sure to do walkthroughs with your team and also with all speakers. The practice sessions are important. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Run The World solving and how is that benefiting you?

The ability to connect with conference communities during the pandemic. The cocktail party feature is a great way to attendees to connect and have a meaningful conversation. I will be using this platform year-round now to keep attendees connected in between face to face events return. When I first contracted with RTW I was thinking of this in the short term as a bridge to a return to f2f events. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Run The World?

How easy the system is to use and the chat feature that allows us all to have a chinwag before the festivities begin. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Run The World?

Unfortunately, you're not always able to match with the person you've been paired with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Run The World:

More online events can feel daunting but this format feels fresh and it's more exciting than I thought it would be. It well exceeded my expectations and can't wait for my company to run another event. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Run The World solving and how is that benefiting you?

Problems? The feeling of isolation in this current crazy world. This platform has allowed me to expend some of my social energy and need to communicate with others on a social level outside of those in my friendship group. I love my friends but it's nice to talk to different people. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
