It's convenient because it has eliminated the need for paper checks with Direct Deposit for all. I also like that the help chat customer service is quick to reach and handles most concerns quickly and easily. The initial setup was easy, and this was really helpful even for those in my team who are not tech-savvy. **What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?** The app has been wonky for my employees. It has taken several minutes for it to open for most of them on several different occasions, which I have seen personally. Also, there have been some clock in and clock out issues that I needed to change or edit manually online. **What problems is RUN Powered by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use RUN Powered by ADP to submit employee hours, manage overtime, bonuses, and reimbursements easily, and run reports. With so many options to receive support, I've found CHAT to be prompt in answering my questions promptly and accurately. A year or two ago, I would have said support needed to step it up. They've done just that and I'm very pleased with help and response I receive. **What problems is RUN Powered by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use RUN Powered by ADP to process payroll.
