I have no complaints about using ruddr for this feature. I would be interested in learning what else ruddr has to offer and employee or employer. Intuitive and flexible solution for managing various industry projects and teams **Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Michele B. | Vice President of Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2022 **What do you like best about Ruddr Professional Services Automation?** Flexibility with project set up, excellent granularity for project settings, and ease of invoicing directly from the system and integrating with Quickbooks. **What do you dislike about Ruddr Professional Services Automation?** Would like members to be able to select/deselect billable and nonbillable within a single role and time submission versus having to create a nonbillable specific second role, to have additional approvers assigned for a member's expenses outside of project related assignment or manager, and to have some upfront project role set up to help maintain organizational consistency with project set up. **What problems is Ruddr Professional Services Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?** Excellent expense reporting above what was expected, clear and detailed reporting, and wonderful customer support. **Official Response from Rob Patten:** > Hi and thank you for your review and feedback! We will be adding approval workflow this year to Ruddr. That will allow you to create a more detailed approval chain for time or expenses.
