The SLA based protection is a total game changed when compared to the old school backup jobs. I dont have to worry about whether a job is finished or not because the dashboard is actually clear + the instant recovery has saved us more than once when a dev accidentaly deleted the database. It's pricey but worth it! **What do you dislike about Rubrik?** If I had to pick something, it's definitely the cost. Rubrik is expensive product. It is sometimes hard to justify the price of it, especially because it looks like you're paying for a lot of security features that maybe not needed for everyone. Also, I've noticed that while the UI is mostly great, some of the reporting/analyctis can feel a bit buried. **What problems is Rubrik solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main thing Rubrik solved for us was just the amount of time we were wasting for our old backup way. We used to spend time on just checking logs and restarting failed jobs. Now it is is way easier. The SLA policy engine is great because you can set how often you want snapshots and where to save them. ### 41.
