I like Rubrik's simple UI with a modern feel compared to other backup tools like Veeam. I haven't used it deeply yet since we aren't using it in prod yet, my eyes have mostly been on things that we already look for in general. But looks like some configs, and license-pricing aren't very clear and needs a bit of studying I guess. I don't have any specific suggestions since I haven't evaluated enough. It provide simplicity, reliability, and excellent performance in backup and recovery task. Its UI is very clean and user friendly make it easy to manage backups, monitor jobs, and restore workloads. Routine administrative tasks are straightforward and saves time for IT teams.

Its major advantage is its integration with cloud platforms and enterprise applications which allow centralized management across hybrid infra.

In terms of pricing and ROI, automation and reduced administrative task overhead help justify the investment by lowering operational effort and improving resilience. Its another positive side is its support team responsiveness is excellent and onboarding experience which is very smooth.

I appreciate Rubrik for being a good platform for cybersecurity, backup, and rapid recovery. I like the absolute peace of mind that comes from Rubrik's zero trust data security approach. The native immutability of the backups is a feature that stands out because it ensures that once data is written, it cannot be modified or deleted by an external threat. While Rubrik is a very strong platform, there are a few areas that could be improved. I would love to see more flexible pricing models that cater better to mid sized teams who might not need every single enterprise feature right away. In terms of the software itself, the reporting and analytics features could be a bit more robust and customizable. While the dashboard gives a great high level overview, sometimes when I need to dig into very specific data trends or generate a highly tailored report for an audit, the current tools feel a little limited. I have also noticed that the initial configuration for some more niche or legacy applications can be a bit tricky and might require more manual effort than the seamless experience you get with modern virtualized workloads. I find Rubrik to be a solid performer for cloud and on-prem backups, and it's simple enough to implement. Its management, especially with Rubrik Security Cloud, is straightforward once learned. I really like Rubrik's ransomware defense because it lets us set a baseline and comes with a warranty that instills confidence. I like that Rubrik is a big and growing company, which is expanding day by day. It provides valuable data management services, such as backup and recovery, targeting hybrid cloud environments. This makes it particularly valuable for me because we always need to back up our data, and with Rubrik, I'm able to do this. It gives me peace of mind knowing my data is backed up.
