I have found that the RSS interface is very simple and straight forward to use, which is a huge plus. I've also recently had communication with their customer service team and they were able to respond and assist me with what I was needing within a few hours. RSS is a very linear site, it gives you the basic steps on how to proceed with your show. I loved the bits of customizing when creating a podcast, as well as the option that you can edit and schedule your podcasts as many times as you want.
