What do you like best about RSS.com?

The sign-up process and creation of a podcast account and site was very straighforward and extremely well explained on the RSS site. All the steps, including implementing my RSS feeds to other podcast platforms, are well integrated and simple to follow. The service includes all the features I was looking for, including listener metrics. Customer support has been great, too--very quick and clear responses to all my questions! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RSS.com?

Only one minor downside encountered to date: the tutorial on submitting my podcast to TuneIn is somewhat out of date, as that platform is revising their podcast submission process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RSS.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

One-stop shopping for hosting and syndication! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about RSS.com?

RSS.com's customer service was one of the main reasons I chose them as my podcast hosting service. They're so kind, responsive, and efficient. They recently fixed a glitch that was preventing my show from playing--they tended to it quickly and on a weekend. This was just more evidence that I made the right decision. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RSS.com?

I wish they had dynamic insertion for all customers--not just at a certain DL threshold--but I'm still able to do what I need to without it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RSS.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

Affordable podcast hosting--I am an indie creator and have a small budget. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about RSS.com?

RSS.com was my first choice when I started my podcast What Now with Simo in March 2020. More than four years and 70 episodes later at the time of this writing, I’ve never had reason to regret the decision. Like the title of my review says, RSS.com has provided all I wanted and nothing unwanted. I wished for a clean, professional, uncluttered experience both for myself and for my listeners, and this is what RSS.com has offered. Plus the few times I’ve needed technical support or an answer to an inquiry, their customer support has been spectacularly helpful, friendly, and prompt. In short, I can’t imagine a better podcast hosting experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RSS.com?

The only real problem I ever encountered was needing to convert my existing episodes to a more compatible format at one point. This resolved the issue, and it was for the best for me in any case to start using that more compatible format, so this isn’t much of a complaint. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RSS.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

RSS.com provides me with an ideal podcast hosting experience, and my wideranging podcast lets me express any and all thoughts on anything I wish. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about RSS.com?

RSS.com is very user-friendly, as you can submit your podcast to Spotify with simply a press of a button. For distribution to iTunes you have to create an account but these steps are also clearly described on the website. I also want to give praise to the customer service, as I received a clear answer to my question regarding youtibe distribution within a day, and was the able to do the distribution. Comparing to otherpo podcast platforms, rss.com is also a more affordable choice, as it enables distribution to multiple platforms for a much lover price than the other podcast platforms I researched. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RSS.com?

One thing that I miss on RSS.com is the option to create private podcast feeds for exclusive content. Still, I was able to do it through Patreon instead but it would be handy to have that option available on the same platform as my other podcast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RSS.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

Thanks to rss.com I can host my podcast for an affordable price that includes easily distributing it to different platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about RSS.com?

Excellent customer service is everything and can make or break my decision to stay with a hosting service. At RSS.com, the customer service has been nothing but prompt, courteous and professional. I feel heard and understood when there's an issue. And the hosting service is so simple and easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RSS.com?

The only downside about RSS.com is very minor: I'd like to change some things about the embedded player. They've already taken my suggestions into consideration. Also, the podcast website doesn't match my branding, but that's not a big deal because I created a page on my website for my podcast instead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RSS.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's basically everything I'm looking for in a podcast hosting service. Easy uploading process, automatic distribution to major directories, amazing customer service, affordable pricing. Thank you for making my life easier! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about RSS.com?

I have a podcast, it got sizeable locally and it was time to take it national. I know NOTHING about the tech side of this. I subscribed to RSS and in the span of a day the show was EVERYWHERE. Of course I messed up a few times and had to email support, and they answered in 15 minutes several times!!! If you are looking to distribute your podcast and you don't want to go to engineering school, this is the simplest, friendliest, and most efficient and cost-effective way to distribute your work. Could NOT be happier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RSS.com?

I would love to have something to say here but really, my bacon got pulled from the fire three times today so I am all gratitude. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RSS.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am not tech savvy and RSS distributes me everywhere SO easily. And their support is crazy responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about RSS.com?

The whole process of setting up a podcast can be overwhelming, particularly for newbies without a professional team behind them. We found RSS.com to be the best, most user-friendly platform. Setting up the podcast literally took 5 minutes, as did uploading the episodes! They also have super helpful guides for linking the RSS feed to all the streaming platforms (I didn't know what all this was until I read their guides either!!) and their support team responded to us in under an hour. Really would wholeheartedly recommend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
