The most helpful feature of RSA Netwitness is its analytics feature where allows us, cybersecurity analyst to deal with large amount of data from several sources in realtime which allow us to investigate potential threats within the client's infrastructure environment efficiently. In addition, the platform is capable on correlating events which give us holistic view of security posture that make us proactive when monitoring events from multiple customers. Lastly, its user-friendly GUI which improves our response towards incident because it was totally customizable and has a big impact to our Operations center, including monitoring of traffic logs, dealing with use cases and more.
