Although the platform allowed for customization and met our team's needs, it was very nuanced to create the custom dashboards + necessary approval workflows and required multiple resources on our end including hiring a full-time dedicated Archer RSA expert on our team, who dually worked as the primary admin, and contracting with multiple consulting firms for many years to assist in the build out. Outside of the box, Archer is just ok compared to the newer platforms- Zen, Auditpoint, Hyperproof, ect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not so user friendly. Certain customization has to be made in order for it to be useful and understandable. Also, sometimes it would not work on IE even though it states that the most compatible Internet Browser to be used is IE. I have to jump among IE, Chrome, and Firefox sometimes in order to make certain function works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We use Archer to manage vendor relationships, vendor contacts, vendor contracts, risk/policy exceptions, and various other vendor risk uses. It is used enterprise-wide and is a key part of doing any work with a third party. We have used different versions of RSA Archer over the years and the team is trying to get the application to the most current platform/release. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are a couple limitations that does not benifeit or assist with our company that ca. Be improved but it’s a very great tool we use and we believe we will see updates in the near future Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
