**What do you like best about Rosy Salon Software?**

I love how simple rosy software is to use, our new front desk hired pick it up quickly. It's intuitive and makes sense in its operations.

**What do you dislike about Rosy Salon Software?**

I just wish there was a better report for referrals and I wish it was simpler to close the books for certain days or have them auto open 6 weeks out etc

**Recommendations to others considering Rosy Salon Software:**

Software is easy to use, great support and thorough reporting. Rosy misses a few key things I'd like to see but in general is a great software.

**What problems is Rosy Salon Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solving- the ability to streamline client info, gone are the days of searching through a book. Our CC system is integrated and makes reporting easy and effective

**What do you like best about Rosy Salon Software?**

Everything my beauty biz needs is integrated: online scheduling, the most complete client profile and history, ability to manage packages, memberships, rewards program etc., POS, Inventory, Mass Email Communication and Texts, Reports, etc. After 10 Years in business, I have changed products, equipment, policies, etc, and probably I will continue making changes, but Rosy Software is the only tool I  will never change because it still improveing.

**What do you dislike about Rosy Salon Software?**

Not precisely dislike, but it would be helpful a little tweak in some reports filters.

**What problems is Rosy Salon Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having everything integrated in one system is much more simple, efficient and economic.

**What do you like best about Rosy Salon Software?**

They had such detailed reports and data really can drive the business. I also really appreciated the idea of having multiple independents be able to allow a front desk person schedule for them

**What do you dislike about Rosy Salon Software?**

The look feels dated and not as user friendly. The emails did not feel current or exciting. The separate credit card processing and retro fees.
When I cancelled I kept getting charged for months after.

**Recommendations to others considering Rosy Salon Software:**

I would say when choosing your salon software it is really important to evaluate how you currently run your business & what changes you plan to do in 6 months not years from now or hypothetically. I would choose to make the decision on what will make your standardized practices easier and not overly complicated.

**What problems is Rosy Salon Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I ultimately went back to the other software I had been using.

**What do you like best about Rosy Salon Software?**

ROSY is software is easy to use while at the same time offer in depth functionality.   I have been with a company for 4 years and they used ROSY when I came aboard.  I was assigned to work with the ROSY team and I can say they are the best group of professionals in the area.   They are responsive and are always part of the solution.   There are aspects that we have suggested to integrate into their system which would help us run our business,  their team always takes these suggestions to development on our behalf.   Their customer care team is competent and patient and never make you feel rushed or that you are a bother.

**What do you dislike about Rosy Salon Software?**

No system has every bell and whistle that you may dream about, that is probably my biggest dislike.   However as I mentioned above, things I would like to see are always taken to development for consideration.

**Recommendations to others considering Rosy Salon Software:**

Talk to the team if you are looking for a POS system that your staff will be able to learn and use with ease.   Running a business is challenging, you don't need to add additional challenges with software that is difficult to use, understand or have no support.

Easy to contact clients in the Salon Interactive program to let them know of specials and offers.

I like the simplicity and flexibility of the system, plus I can use it for both employees as well as independent contractors.

**What do you dislike about Rosy Salon Software?**

A couple of the reports but that's really a personal preference as I actually have everything I need to run the business. The booking online interface needs to be updated.

**What problems is Rosy Salon Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Online booking. Communicating with my team regarding their performance (Rosy's easy for them to understand). Online booking and increased retail sales through their retail recommendation system.

easy of use, online training for service providers and support team is straight forward, online scheduling for guests is a snap, inventory managment is simple,  communication with guests via email or text is the best!

**What do you dislike about Rosy Salon Software?**

reporting could us a bit more customization but that is specific to each salon.  Current reporting will help you grow your business!

**What problems is Rosy Salon Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

we adjusted to covid19 protocols quite well with texting to guests to enter the salon, emailing our sale and salon status messages automatically!

There's a few but I like it's simplicity and to the point reports!

Perhaps the cash drawer for beginning and end of day could be tightened up, so there was more accountability.

I have used other salon software systems, but Rosy is by far the most salon friendly for both owners and employees.

Being able to track inventory from our supplier and growth reports.

I like that there are different colors for categories. Confirmed, Left Message, etc It is easy to see at glance of what is going on during the day.

**What do you dislike about Rosy Salon Software?**

I dislike that when you add a wait list, you can only add one service at a time. It would be better if you could add color plus a cut, to one wait list to see if the clients services can actually be accommodated at that particular time.

Rosy Salon Software is helpful in keeping staff organized. I think it is very user friendly and the customer service is always excellent!

Keeping the staff organized, being able to add notes

**What do you like best about Rosy Salon Software?**

We liked that it was cloud based so that staff can view wherever they are, great support staff who helped immensely when we switched from mind/body to Rosy. Liked the pricing. 

**What do you dislike about Rosy Salon Software?**

 Sometimes client appointment reminders don't happen. 

**Recommendations to others considering Rosy Salon Software:**

You will need someone with tech skills to properly implement this system so that you can fully take advantage of CRM, and social media channel integration. The support staff at Rosy is stellar though, and this software grows with you i.e. as you add more staff and clients. 

**What problems is Rosy Salon Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The software grows with us as we add more stylists- and the pricing stays reasonable. It also allows us to keep info about clients and then easily access it to help with marketing.

**What do you like best about Rosy Salon Software?**

I can do everything from client scheduling, point-of-sale, inventory management, reporting and marketing within a suite. The product also helps salon owners partner with product manufacturers and distributors.

**What do you dislike about Rosy Salon Software?**

My only complaint would be that the reporting is somewhat lacking. I wish there were more ways to view the data online, rather than having to export large data sets just to get at what I want.

I am able to check my schedule on my phone now and clients are able to book online not have to call in or message me.

The customer service is very good. The ease of modifying limitations and capabilities of staff members with different privileges.Whenever I have a question, there is always someone with an answer

Nothing, They have always been amazing.Reports are easily readable and very well summarized.There is a work around in the reporting section that allows you to view client responses.

Scheduling is very easy from every aspect of what an appointment could possibly have in it.Customer service is always helpful and never a wait on the phone. Reports are easily readable and very well summarized.

**What do you like best about Rosy Salon Software?**

The features and reporting is excellent. I can pull a report for just about anything I need to know to check on the health of my business. I also love the customer service. I have needed to call a couple of times with questions, and they really make you feel like they will drop whatever they are doing to help you. 

**What do you dislike about Rosy Salon Software?**

If a client responds to a confirmation text, you don't receive it. I have had a few clients try and cancel through it, but I don't get notified. There is a work around in the reporting section that allows you to view client responses. 

**Recommendations to others considering Rosy Salon Software:**

Take full advantage of the free trial they offer. Talk to your point of contact at Rosy and ask them any questions you may have so you enjoy the full benefits of the software. 

**What problems is Rosy Salon Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My business is on auto pilot! Clients can book themselves online, they send reminders and confirmations, I can store all my client info and notes on the system. With client connect, I can send marketing e-mails. It will also send out reminders to rebook, we miss you e-mails, and more-all automated!

The customer service! Any time I have a question, there is always someone with an answer. Having a personal rep for the company is also the best feeling!

Nothing! They have always been amazing at what they do!

Scheduling is very easy to view and organize, from every aspect of what an appointment could possibly have in it. Customer service is always helpful and never a wait on the phone. Reports are easily readable and very well summarized.
