Any questions I have get the quickest response with an easy step by step guide. It's helped grow exposure to our brand and our ambassadors love the campaigns, and it's very user friendlywhen it comes to creating and sending campaigns to our ambassadors. They help set up everything the way we want, and even help come up with campaign ideas. Very helpful! **What do you dislike about Roster?** It was a bit of a learning curve for me, but once I learned how to use the platform it turned into an excellent tool. It took time to set up our account, but I wouldn't call that a dislike either because we did have a lot of help from our account manager who took the time to help set up. **What problems is Roster solving and how is that benefiting you?** We know that word of mouth is the best way to gain new customers. We wanted a platform that would allow true fans of our product to promote something they already love. This did it! We have seen many customers join our program, and there's no better marketing than people who truly love the product they use. ### 2. She does an amazing job and it is so helpful to have her. We probably would not utilize the software to its full capacity on our own. **What do you dislike about Roster?** Some of the organization of the software is confusing and so sometimes we have to ask our account manager for help knowing where things are. It is not as intuitive as it could be. But, she is very helpful so we haven't run into any issues. **What problems is Roster solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are learning more about our customers and social media followers, we also launched an ambassador and affiliate program. ### 3. A few things have come up where I have needed help, and they've been quick to respond and get the situation resolved as soon as possible! I definitely love that about this service. When it comes to the actual platform, I love the graphs that are located on the dashboard. It's such a valuable tool to use and see how our campaigns are performing. **What do you dislike about Roster?** Sometimes, the platform takes a little longer to update. **What problems is Roster solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being able to track and see how your ambassador and influencer campaigns are doing in one place is HUGE! With this platform, I don't have to do all the heavy lifting to gathering data to see if our efforts are providing fruit.
