The confidence scores in Rossum aren't always perfect, sometimes only having a 50% confidence score for simple data. This means that some documents really struggle to be automated. Sometimes even misidentifying 'GBP' and not being confident in this, manual intervention easily gets around this, but it shouldn't be necessary.

When I first started working with the Rossum platform, the interface was visually very appealing. However, it was later suddenly changed, and the new design doesn’t feel as visually attractive.
