Rootpal provides web hosting for several of our news sites. We chose them because they use Plesk. Other than that, they are similar to other hosting companies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Customer service is not good. Tickets will be open for days without a response. However, they are a new hosting company, so hopefully support will get better. There have also been server outages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nice and clean interface for the account side of things and for the hosting side of things Plesk is a great choice. Have signed up for the WordPress Reseller account and have already developed this into a white label solution that I can now use with my own clients. Highly recommended! Would like a bit more storage included at each of the pricing levels but it is all fairly priced to be honest. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I've never used Plesk before, the panel that Rootpal uses, and it's straightforward and powerful! Besides that, the speed of the hosting is pretty good, I've migrated plenty of sites into my account, and I'm thrilled that I did! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Live support is only level 1, so for simple stuff, you still have to go through the ticket system, which works, but I've been used to live chat fixes in the past (with other hosting companies) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
