**What do you like best about Roomzilla?**

Roomzilla comes with a major convenience factor. I can see what's available and make an informed decision. If I unexpectedly can't make a meeting, it cancels the room after I don't check in.

**What do you dislike about Roomzilla?**

I find it frustrating when people DON'T use Roomzilla and overstay local reservations without paying attention to the fact that someone has it booked after them. This is easy to rectify in a conference room but more awkward in a phone booth.

**What problems is Roomzilla solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Finding spaces in a coworking space, and including information about them since there are so many and it's hard to remember details about them all. (For example: what floor they're on, where they're located, how many people they seat).

**What do you like best about Roomzilla?**

The best part is you don't have to go and check the room physically / find the room physically to see if you could use it. Makes it so much easier to plan meetings and coordinate. Also great that you could set-up local reservations and it immediately shows up for everyone else.

**What do you dislike about Roomzilla?**

There's a few buggy stuff, particularly in changing dates/times of reservations. Not that it doesn't work, it's just not as intuitive as it could be.

**What problems is Roomzilla solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Coordinating meetings and reserving spaces for meetings. It's benifitting our team greatly from time savings, ease of use, and even when you just need to make a local reservation for some along working time.

It is easy to use and intuitive, the UI is great.

Nothing comes to mind maybe some customization options to use personal and/or company branding

Our current office doesn't have enough desks. Roomzilla helps us with space management.

**What do you like best about Roomzilla?**

Simplicity, it's a fairly straightforward application. You book the room and then you check into it. Recently some upgrades have been made in our office where they added small maps to show where the rooms may be located which has helped a lot.

**What do you dislike about Roomzilla?**

Unsure if it can't be integrated with google meets.  It would be nice to check within google meets once when we book a meeting if a room can be added right away. As of now we need to book in google and then book in Roomzilla. I'm unsure if this is simply an issue with our implementation or something else.

**What problems is Roomzilla solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Space management with multiple tenants I believe.

Regarding Google integration, Roomzilla offers two-way integration with the Google Workspace account, so users from the integrated domain can book rooms directly through their calendars. However, suppose users from different email domains use the same Roomzilla page. In that case, they can utilize our 'add to calendar' feature to easily copy the reservation to a personal calendar and add a Google Meet meeting and other participants.

Roomzilla makes it very easy to schedule a room. I highly recommend it. I have been using it for years.

Roomzilla is help me book rooms, it's benefiting me because when I need to schedule a room, all I need to do is go on it and schedule it.

you can schedule dates well in advace of your needed use.  Cuts down on anxiety of securing a room.

There is noting perse that I dislike, I work in a shared work space so I am aware that at times the rooms i need will be in use.

I've never used a room reservation platform before, but my experience with Roomzilla has been a good one. It's simple in nature and userfriendly. I would recommend it.

Previously, I've just used Outlook for scheduling, and it's so clunky. Roomzilla allows for organization!

Roomzilla is easy to use. You can clearly see all of the times and rooms available and even set up a recurring reservation. If you hover over a room, you can also see an image of it and where it is in the building. I like that you get an email with a reservation reminder.

Not much. It is clear, efficient, and convenient.

I am a user, so I don't know the limitations of actually deploying and implementing. However, as a user, the UI is a bit outdated. I also wish you could check in via text message instead of email.

I'm not sure this is on Roomzilla, but I wish the number of people a space fits would be more accurate.

A very simple and transparent interface.

There are problems with timeline visibility when using the web tool on a smartphone.
Sometimes it would be nice to have access to more than 1 photo of the reserved space.

Roomzilla allows you to quickly find yourself even at large coworking spaces, easily book conference rooms, and, what is also important, easy to resign from them to not block the space.

**What do you like best about Roomzilla?**

Roomzilla has been a very conveient platform that has been implmented in the incubator space I work in. It make the workflow run very smoothly since it allows the ability to book shared equipment as well as conference rooms for meetings. It is quite user friendly and I have not experienced any issues.

**What do you dislike about Roomzilla?**

I don't see a downside of using Roomzilla. There can be user invoncinences when indviduals book things and dont use them for the alotted time. However that is not an issue of Roomzilla.

**What problems is Roomzilla solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Working in a shared space it is very important that I am able to reserve conference rooms when needed for work meetings.

I like that it's easy to use. Being able to book recurring rooms is what i find most useful.

Having a list drop down of the rooms booked is massively impressive and allows me to be organised with my day.
