The Opportunity Manager is what we found very helpful. It really highlights where you are strong and weak in a deal which lets you work on the weak points.

Prospecting in general was pretty weak until the release of the leads module. They still need to work on lead generation/prospecting tools.

Rolldog CRM helps take the sales process to a higher level of automation. The lead scoring and stages you set up make managing the sales team a visual process rather than a linear boring line-item process.
