"Cheap - You get what you pay for"

What do you like best about Roll by ADP?

It is super inexpensive and works fine for a really small teams. Only pay for who you pay which is nice when you are working with contractors who are not all paid on a regular basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Roll by ADP?

It is not a super user friendly app. It can ONLY be used on your phone and its short of clunky. Everything is done through a "chat" on the app and it can get hard to navigate. If you have more than 5 people on your team I would stay away from this if you can. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Roll by ADP?

I enjoy your roll because of the ease of the process the support on the back in with the chat function When submitting a ticket overall it's an easy and pleasant experience when you are a busy business owner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Roll by ADP?

There are a few things that come to mind but have been corrected from support but one of them is child support and how to complete changes with the amounts when that happens. Also, there are not social sec numbers on the paystub's so when verifications need to happen, those numbers are not on there, and those forms cannot be used. "Perfect for small businesses"

What do you like best about Roll by ADP?

Roll is a great tool for small business. Their support team is always available for help and to answer questions. I like how the app integrates with desktop. It's quick and easy. Of course there are a few things I would like to see in future updates. I would like to be able to easily pull up payment history for individual employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Roll by ADP?

How knowledgeable the chat agents are about all the various state and local regulations, and the willingness for ADP to make amendments as needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Roll by ADP?

The FAQ aren't very helpful for specific issues and sometimes the chat agent can drop off. Or there's no notification sent when the agent replies. So it's easy to miss messages, and end up having to ask the agent to review previous logs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Roll by ADP?

I love that it alerts me when it's pay roll time and does all the tax stuff for me! Super easy to use and customer support is awesome - I can text in the app at any time and it will even email me documents later if I need! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The notifications would be better if they also had an option to email me because sometimes I miss the phone push notifications Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Accurate and Easy!"

What do you like best about Roll by ADP?

Generally, I'm not a big fan of using apps for business purposes but Roll by ADP is so simple to use, quick, and accurate that I've become a big fan. I run payroll twice a month and it takes five minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Roll by ADP?

It took me a little while to get the hang of using the app, especially what all of the icons mean and how they function. Luckily, the CSRs on the Chat are patient and knowledgeable so that made learning easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
