The product takes minutes to plug-in and within an hour you can be self-navigating your way to onboarding new partner products to your store page. The tools were designed to be highly technical and integrated with the big online shopping platforms (Shopify, Woo, etc..) without needing a technical background to be able to leverage them to the fullest. Our team has benefited from Canal's hands-on onboarding approach, and incredibly talented, empathetic, and thoughtful customer success team. The Canal support team is extremely helpful in assisting storefronts and suppliers with all customer needs. The navigation system is also easy to use. It makes integrating brands in our storefront a simple/easy process. **What do you dislike about Rokt Catalog (formerly Canal)?** While there is development in presentation of brands, there are a few reporting features missing that would make it easier on the storefront side to track brand pay outs.
