The reports that we get out of the system often need formatting to get them in a visually presentable format, but it is much easier than the manual manipulation of data that we were handling before. **Recommendations to others considering Roghnu:** I highly recommend this system if you are frustrated with the limitations that Intacct reporting has to offer. **What problems is Roghnu solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are primarily using Roghnu to assist with our reporting needs that our accounting software (Intacct) cannot handle. Roghnu provided an affordable and efficient bridge joining our ERP data with our third-party reporting software. Roghnu's business relationship with Sage Intacct allows them to provide us with an affordable and updatable data warehouse. Accessing our data directly with Sage Intacct was cost-prohibitive, but Roghnu's modest fee allows us unlimited access. Roghnu is at the center of making this project a reality. ### 13. Their proposed solution was to integrate our Hubspot CRM with Sage Intacct to create an automated billing process for both our recurring and non-recurring customer orders. This would allow us to leverage our investment with Hubspot to move deals from "closed to cash" exponentially faster, and free up time for resources to work on more productive tasks. In order to accomplish this, we first had to migrate from Quickbooks Desktop to Sage Intacct, which required a complete revisit of all products, services, and active customers and contacts, define deal structures and payment terms. It was a big clean-up effort which they assisted us with navigating. Our project was completed on time and we have been able to remove several manual spreadsheets and free up resources. We also have a completely revamped process for sales to convert deals to invoices. In addition to the integration and automation project, their offer included a portal that houses all of our data, which could be leveraged in the future for additional reporting and metrics. This was really icing on the cake and we look forward to leveraging this part of the solution down the road. **What do you like best about Roghnu?** The knowledge that their team had on both Hubspot and Sage Intacct was expert level. We have continued to challenge Roghnu to import additional sources as well as to help complete data validation and they are always able to complete the tasks quickly and accurately. Roghnu understands the often confusing Sage Intacct database structure. They have been critical in helping us to create the reporting we need in near real time. I've only been using the Roghnu warehouse for a few months and I can already say I cant imagine life without it. It seem like every new request or project that comes up, the Roghnu solution has enabled us to complete it quickly and easily. On those occasions when we need to request a something from them, Judd and the rest of the team are all over it. I never expect him to personally respond to emails late nights or weekends but he does so. He's truly passionate about the data and we have never felt abandoned after the initial set up as can so often happen. **What do you like best about Roghnu?** The personal support has been the best part of my experience. I've never had to wait for help with any issue even if the issue ended up being on my end! The speed at which they are able to respond to requests and even the initial implementation was breath taking. Again, they had the initial project completed in a fraction of the time quoted by other vendors. The pricing is also extremely competitive. We were able to present the case to our approvers and obtain approval quickly as well as immediately show the value of the investment. Nobody in our organization questions the choice to go with Roghnu or the costs associated. We are that happy. **What do you dislike about Roghnu?** Honestly, nothing to dislike.
