I don't like how it can often take a lot of back and forth in order to send through a rescheduled itinerary. If there is a change in your travel plans, you'll have to make a lot of updates with the rocketrip team. If you make a change be prepared to jump through hoops to get your budget to beat updated. Instead of writing multiple emails back and forth with a travel agency, you can quicky log into Rocketrip, see the budget for your business trip and either start booking directly from there or choose your own booking method. We use Rocketrip alongside Concur. Rocketrip does a good job at generating travel allowances based off of average flight costs, hotel costs, etc. It's also great that they have a point system.
