We asked Rocket to find a new CEO for one of our venture portfolio startups, on its way to a Series B round. I cannot think of more difficult hiring because the right candidate needed to be a mix of "founder", "experience CEO", and an "industry leader" in a very specific niche. Not only the candidate we hired was outstanding, but the shortlist of candidates provided by Rocket was too. And the time it took Rocket to do run the process was the shortest I've ever witnessed in my career as a venture capitalist. Clearly, their AI platform gives Rocket an unfair advantage.
