We worked with Anant as our account manager and Kelly as our recruiter. Both were fantastic, accommodating, and relentless in finding us the perfect candidates. **What do you dislike about Rocket Recruiting?** There is nothing I dislike about Rocket. They are a small, scrappy startup (like us). Sometimes it shows, but they are always willing to accept feedback and make changes as necessary. **What problems is Rocket Recruiting solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our organization utilized Rocket for a full outsourced recruiting platform (RPO). I cannot think of more difficult hiring because the right candidate needed to be a mix of "founder", "experience CEO", and an "industry leader" in a very specific niche. Not only the candidate we hired was outstanding, but the shortlist of candidates provided by Rocket was too. And the time it took Rocket to do run the process was the shortest I've ever witnessed in my career as a venture capitalist. Clearly, their AI platform gives Rocket an unfair advantage.
