There has been a long running issue related to Num Lock key pad issue which Rocket team couldn't fix for more than three years. The only long running unsolved problems with Legasuite is with keyboard mappings. The support team keeps asking for tip files and trace logs but never came with resolution. There has been a lot of back and forth between the rocket support team and our team to resolve Num Lock keypad issue. We believed the Num Key pad issue that caused the wrong mapping of keys is caused due to installation of Microsoft Office 365. Most of the issues need a lot of investigation and there is a scope for improvement to Rocket Support team to respond with skin in the game. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is better then Green screen but not as functional as web apps that we are developing. Maintaining the screens is also labor intensive . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is challenging to modernize a legacy system and Rocket LegaSuite Web is a great resource for user interface development but the underlying limitations of legacy technology limit capabilities. There was nothing too bad about it, it just wasn’t for me in the direction I am going with my business. I was able to edit and email the contract to myself for future use, but I’d like to be able to use it as a dashboard to send to clients for signatures.
