24/7 support doesn't provide detailed information to the next-in-line support person as the time zones shift worldwide to the next support call center. You must spend 20 minutes retracing steps for the new support person, following the same troubleshooting steps you have already done with a previous support person. Content search and awareness, the ability to search our entire database for different text strings.

Secure and flexible user access to reports (or certain sections of reports).

Easy web based access for our Branch Users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

From my experience with our user community, there are no major downsides to the Mobius application. We are only using very basic report viewing functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

we are using Rocket web terminal software to connect As400 server remotely. its a really good experience accessing as400 without VPN Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
