Automation made simple, the platform is well done, very fast. integrations are clear when you know what to do.
the website design is simple and friendly. I prefer not to say more since I didn't spend much time on it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's not that simple to program when you don't know what to do, everybody was talking about how great support was, I didn't test it but it must be true.
Maybe if they had more video on how to that are short not 1h30 case study for simple automation it would have been more useful to a light user like me.
That being said, clearly you can do advanced + simple automation using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am not a developer, so a low code solution was what I needed for my RPA software. No-code solutions were too limiting, so this gave me what I need. I am using this software to do some web scraping, and since I have no experience...I was very happy to have a tutorial for me to go through...if that wasn't specific enough, then I can go to their discord server and ask questions and they have a full and very active community there to answer your questions and help you solve any issues you are stuck on. No downsides yet, but I do wish the tutorials would describe things in audible form, too. I'd like to know why just as much as where I click. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The UI is great.
95% is intuitive and mostly drag and drop. The flow building is very nice looking but more importanly logical.
Support has been fantastic. I am not a coder so this matters a lot. But any question I have asked gets answered very quickly. Usually within minutes, but at worst a couple hours.
Regarding support-so far I have not needed anything built for one of my use cases but have seen other members say "I am trying to do this, do I use XYZ or ABC?" and one of the founders goes "good idea. You can do it this way, but I will build something for it." and 2-3 days later it is there and operational. If there is a tool they have not thought of then they seem to be very responsive and build it quickly.
The Discord group has been really helpful. Made a few friends, have come across some great use cases, and the fast support have quickly made it a place where I go for anything when I am working in the platform.
The bots are very fast as they can do flows in parralel.
I have found the documentation, discord, youtube channel, and the webinars to be beyond helpful.
If I sound like I am all in on them it is because the product is very well thought out, works well, extremely well priced, and #1 is that the team behind is as responsive as any I have dealt with. Half the software I use there is no evidence you can ever get help from an actual human or so it seems. With RobomotionRPA they are accessible, care, and get things done. A very refreshing experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not much tbh. I have not used other RPA products so I can not compare based on experience. On the other hand my experience with RobomotionRPA has been so good that I likely never need to try out another RPA product. If this sounds more like another endorsement and less a "what do you dislike" then you are reading it correctly lol. I mean I guess I wish my RPA bots were R2D2 like robots who can basically read my mind and do everything I think, but we are not there yet, so no real complaints Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Robomotion has a steep learning curve especially if you’re not a technical person. At first the setup process can be long and tedious but you’ll get used to it. Once you spend enough time to understand, all you have to do is let your creativity free. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ease of use
Intuitive UI, similar to mind maps that is quite a visual treat!
Super helpful support and an engaging discord group
Quick addition of features and a generous plan.
A rich library of reusable flow snippets
Approachble founder and co founder who are open to feedback and quick to implement it.
The Bot manages the user profile of the chrome too, which means that all extensions are fully functional when used with this software which si not possible without a complex code or flow with the others in the market.
Allows for inbuilt connectors to anti captchas and proxy rotator services that usually are a pain to intergrate and shaves off a lot of time needed to integrate those.
Works with all browsers, well all major browsers and also headless chrome
Can have multiple bots run on the same machine and process different flows in parallel and co exist without issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing, in particular, just one to call out, would be that this tool requires a working knowledge of Javascript to implement functionality that is not readily available via the existing nodes. However, the teams help out as much as they can and guide you quite well.
The desktop inspector is yet to be developed, and can be used in a windows environment, Mac and Linux needs to rely on image processing modules for automate native apps.
The mac application doesnt let you spawn multiple bots using the UI, you need to use command line to run the subsequent bots, and the command window also doubles up as a log window. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When it comes to automate tasks I have tried different tools, I decided to give Robomotion RPA a try and it is an interesting alternative, but if I must be honest, I don't know if it is the definitive one.
What I liked most about Robomotion RPA is the interface, it is fast, nice and modern, which makes the experience pleasant.
Although I am not an expert in this, I have managed to automate tasks in other programs such as UIPath, here it has cost me a little more so I can say that the process can be a little more complicated.
Another positive aspect is that it has several templates and examples from which to start or from which to get ideas of what you can do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I found it more complicated than other services, and pricing is an issue to keep in mind, considering that you can access the "community" version which is free and is from the competition. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Automation of repetitive tasks that take staff many hours are done in no time at all.
Reliable and user friendly
Excellent support available
Ability to automate near anything imaginable in your work environment Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Learning curve to create automated flows is great at first thought there is a strong community associated with this program to offer assistance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
