RoboForm is my "always at your side" secure password assistant. I use it constantly throughout each day, both professionally and personally. My favorite features: 1) The ability to save not only complex and secure passwords (generated by the software) but also the URL for the login site. Moving from secure login to secure login only takes seconds and a few clicks of the mouse. 2) The ability to sync all my PCs and phone so that a new account entered on one device is instantly available through all devices. 3) The ability to create a profile and store work and personal information (addresses, phone numbers) and credit card information to make auto-filling forms easy. 4) I also use the business version at work to coordinate 16 employees. Roboform offers a lot of features that we like including safe notes and the ability to backup passwords locally as well as to the cloud. We use it all day and it is very simple to use. It integrates with Chrome, Edge, and Firefox with minimal setup. Getting started is also easy for new users and the learning curve is very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Support for business customers is not good. They offer ticketed support only. They do not offer chat or phone support for business customers. They do offer chat support for consumers, which is VERY backwards to me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Roboform enables me to do what password managers do best: easily secure passwords for my accounts and log into them with a single click. I use Roboform every day and it was seamless to setup for my team. I can leverage their Safenotes to store additional information, similar to any other note taking tool. I'm even able to search my individual notes when I know what I'm looking for. I use Roboform for Business, and as an admin I find it very easy to manage all the accounts. A nice feature that comes with that are Share Groups that allow for granular access configurations, enabling sharing of passwords & SafeNotes in a safe and effective manner. To top it all off, Roboform has never been involved in a breach, which gives confidence that my critical information is safe.

I run into issues with a Business Feature of the mobile app from time to time, it just takes a moment to pull shared credentials that you have embedded in groups.

I also wish they would enable log forwarding so we can monitor access to such a critical security tool like Roboform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

RoboForm has been a big help organizing and storing password information. In addition to saving (and can generate) user account and passwords, you can store secure notes for miscellaneous logins or other information. With the mobile app, I always have access to account and password information if I'm away from the office and my main computer. With the Enterprise account, we can have shared folders that our department can store information about shared accounts or department notes all in one place. What's great about Roboform is ease of use across all platforms. I can use it just as easily on my PC as my tablet as my iphone. Sharing passwords with co-workers is also so easy and under my complete control. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only downside that I've ever had with Roboform is trying to use it in-app on the desktop or in a pop-up window online. I can just copy and paste to get around it easily, but it would be nice to not have to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use RoboForm almost every day. I've actually used it for a number of clients. It's auto-fill generally plays well with all browsers, the bowser plugin is great, it will take any version of sensitive info even if it's not just a login/password, and it can be used to manage payment methods. One of the better windows applications as well. It was extremely easy to setup. Occasionally, on certain websites, it will ask if I want update the password used, even though it used the password it already had saved, or update the title or something, and will continue popping up even if I hit the Never Ask Again button. A minor bug, but can be frustrating if I visit the site multiple times in a day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
