At those times I have to copy and paste, but it would be easier otherwise. **What problems is RoboForm solving and how is that benefiting you?** Roboform negates the need to have multiple accounts for basic services - phone, utilities, internet. We can just share one login across the team without having to worry about having to keep up with password changes. If I need special access to an area I'm not normally using, access can be granted and rescinded easily and quickly by sharing the passwords. Roboform also allows us to create very strong and secure passwords quickly without the need to remember each one or re-use the same one over and over again. It is extreamly handy to be able to adjust security for the passwords an employee may have depending on their status or change of duties. **What do you dislike about RoboForm?** While it has time based 2 factor, depending on what device you are using or site that you are logging into, the experience can be different. Sometimes it is in your clipboard after you sign in, sometimes it will fill it out for you like it does the passwords, and sometimes you have to go find it through the app. I wish it was more consistant accross all sites and devices with the 2FA. **What problems is RoboForm solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have a policy of not using the same password and it would be impossible to keep up with all the different passwords we would have. We also needed a way to share passwords and 2FA between our users. We needed a way to keep all passwords secure and if an employee changes permissions or leaves the company, we needed a way to change their access to common shared passwords. This also allows me to use strong, randomly-generated passwords. 2) Auto-logging in to websites using the stored logins. 3) Filling forms, including credit card data. 4) Saving critical information (examples - passport #'s, license plate #'s) in secure "Safenotes." I can't live without any of these :). I've used them for years very happily. **What do you dislike about RoboForm?** Form filling is rarely 100% perfect, and as websites have become more complex and Javascript-heavy, form filling has gotten less reliable.
