What do you like best about Roambee?

The pre-emptive alerts and the 24x7 expert assistance.

This is the most useful thing about Roambee’s solution. Right people in our logistics team get timely

alerts about the shipment condition. Since we’re using package-level tracking, we also get alerts on a

package level. This is very helpful to catch hold of packages that get severed on airports or have

been opened and not repacked properly causing temperature excursion. We no longer have to

wonder why our shipment reached the destination short of a couple of packages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Roambee?

It would be great if the sensors would come with batteries that would last longer, so that one could

get more precise and real-time pings. Sometimes when the pings are set very frequent, the batteries

What do you like best about Roambee?

What do you like best about Roambee?

While the platform is fantastic, it's the support assistance I received while programming an API integration that was above and beyond helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Roambee?

Roambee is agood tool to track your shipments. It is almost live tracking, updated by the minute.

Pretty easy of use after implementation. Implementation may bit a bit steep curve depending on your assets and tracking media. We have thousands of assets and MaaB trackers and use it with a daily frequency.

If your shipment is smooth you can get all your info at a glance. That is the most valuable for me. If things go south it's easy to see where it started happening.

What do you dislike about Roambee?

The deep learning algorythm learns it all so it is difficult to remove data when shipment events happens out of the ordinary. If there is a single event delay in transit it will learn about it as if normal and that will skew your future forecast. If there is a construction zone and a detour is needed it will learn about the detour and forecast including it. Human learning is similar. you learn as a kid a mispelled word, it will stay with you for the longer term. Remove those odd events is tricky and will need customer support onboarded.

Othe than that the roambee phones running Mobile As A Bee could get a fresher look and simplied running but that may be an Android integration more than the app itself. Would like direct communication within the app between HQ and each tracker phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Roambee?

I am using Roambee services since from December 2018 at Ameya Plastics, Pune TPO for Mondelez India Foods Pvt Ltd., I was the first person who did the trial of these devices in our organization.

At the initial stage I think this is waste of timing but afterword’s I realised that this service is very much worthy & really value for the money!.

I see lots of improvement in this organisation, whatever issue occurs I highlighted it & immediately I got its positive solutions, Roambee teams speed of fixing issue is good.

I am using your services for Cold chain & GPS tracking which are appreciable.

What do you like best about Roambee?

The real time updates help to provide timely updates to the customer on all in transit shipments. Depending on the customer or the urgency of the cargo, you are able to customize the frequency of these updates. Being able to customize the frequnecy of updates is just one of the many customizable features Roambee offers. This is a very easy to use tool and is fairly simple to implement. Their customer support is also very helpful, especially if you have any questions or concerns regarding their service or specifically about the devices. The Roambee website is very user friendly, making it easy for the customer to navigate, as well as the operations teams in charge of managing the devices/shipments. What do you dislike about Roambee?

In my opinion, there are no negatives when it comes to Roambee. Just like any new product, we encountered a few hurdles but any issues were handled very timely by the Roambee support team. For example, the battery life on some of the devices drains quicker than others. The Roambee team helps to manage the battery life of every single device in your inventory and will notify you once the battery life gets low and will automatically reduce the frequency of pings. This helps to ensure that the device stays on as long as possible, to give you the visibility needed during the entire transit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
