I am extremely happy with the customer service and the APP itself. It is priced a little higher, but it's totally worth it. You can assign orders to each person and restrict or allow flexibility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There's a limit of 200 stops and you can only optimize (route) a few times for 500 stops. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Simplicity is key here. The ability to use the RoadWarrior template to upload several hundred addresses and have it sort and optimize a route (one way or round trip) in just a few minutes is wonderfull. There are alot of features that we did not use and woudl have liked to had the option to remove some of those features. The start location would also not save all the time and woudl ask us to create a new start location. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

very clever Routeplaner you can locate your actual position and jump to your next stop very easy. After checkin the marker change color and save the date AND time. you can choose your favorite navi in a very easy way. Very good mail-support.

Roadwarrior is afer a short training very easy to use and so driver use it freuquently

In Flex Version. if a driver set in his route a favorite, then all drivers can see this favorites, and a driver cannot delete favorites.

You can not change language to german version.

Upload new routes with my own excel is not so nice because you have to create my adresses in my excel in a Roadwarrior template designed excel. (i.e. you have to change the headernames)

it would be much better you can upload each excel you want and in uploading process you get a question how you want assign your column to roadwarrior columns.

Routes over 200 Stops is only via task possible.

Road Warrior is easy to use, you can save all your most used locations for one click adding to a new route. I use this to route our deliveries every week; it will optimze to give you the best route to take to maximize your time. It's also great when you're visiting somewhere you aren't familiar with, simply put in hte places you want to visit and the app will create the best route for you. If you. make an edit to a note the app does not always save, I usually copy the text anytime I add a note and then double check - usually I end up having to paste the text back in and save a second time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a real estate appraiser I sometimes need to drive to 70+ homes in a single day. I have a script that formats the address list into their import xlsx format and it saves hours each week from manually entering each address. I also end up having to go to new construction or vacant lots that don't yet have addresses, so the ability to enter in latitude and longitude, as well as direct the navigation to use the cordinates is vital for my purposes. I've been using the software for several years and it has been a great tool. It just works and I haven't experienced technical difficulties or ever needed to contact their support. The only gripe I have is they are hyper aggressive about single log in. So when planning a day out I often switch between PC and phone and having to log in each time I switch devices in the organization stage is annoying. Just allowing 2 simultaneously active logins would solve this while still preventing large scale credential sharing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
