Easy to upload weekly lists of delivery stops Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't love that the app doesn't respond to text size adjustments in iOS. Some of the typefaces are very small. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

RoadWarrior does exactly what it says: takes my list of stops and routes in a manner that is most efficient according to my preferences. I can select different ways to route the drivers, whether it's based on point to point or round trip, and configure the stops based on receiving windows of time. When using the navigation through Google Maps, sometimes the GPS coordinates don't match the physical location. If the address is typed into Maps the directions are accurate, but not if sent via coordinates from RoadWarrior. This happens maybe 5% of the time and is easily corrected (so long as you have a driver that is paying attention!). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Optimisation of routes, copying routes, dispatching routes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
AI could help make it more intuitive, improve capabilities of importing a list of addresses Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the color coding, the routes beginning and end options, timing, ease of use. I like the future planning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't like the limitations on only having 200 stops, others have 500 or more. The optimization is faulty whereby it says you're out of network when it can't seem to calculate your route and times out because the algorithm takes too long. I don't like that there's a max cap of optimization. They give you a limit on how many times you can optimize per day. I've reached the cap too often and the team tells me not to over use the optimization, but creating a good route to maximize my time for my job is essential. I don't like how the optimization process sometimes send you far away from a location that is right next to the location you're at. I think in general, the optimization process needs to be improved. I think traffic might need to be included as a real time eta...but not necessary. I don't like how the I can't open up road warrior on 2 places at once...like my computer and phone at the same time...Gmail can sync quickly, why can't Road Warrior? It was easy and fast to use moving from one stop to the next. The route optimizing feature helped me make many more stops per day than normal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would love to be able to save my stops and be able to load them by company name and/ or city after the address is saved. I work in outside sales in the real estate industry in three separate states. Being able to pick and choose my stops from a saved datebase by city/ region would be very helpful. The thing that I like most about RoadWarrior is that I can simply adapt my pre-existing templates for addresses into their own style, that allows me to quickly upload the large list of addresses which can then be hastily optimised for the ideal route to save time, miles and money. When uploading addresses, if there are any that it does not fully recognise and shows me options, when selecting an option is does not show this location on the map and I need to guess where it is pointing to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
