The concept and the fact that recipient can see right away that this is a registered email and, presumably, it could be legally binding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I've been using RMail for the past three months now, and while the ideas behind this product are very good, the implementation leaves a lot to be desired. The biggest problem is the lack of reliability with delivery of the "Opened" receipt by RMail. You get an Ack and a receipt of delivery to a mail server receipt right away, but you only get a followup "Delivered and Opened" receipt in only 50% of cases. In many situations, I would receive a response to my email, but no receipt from RMail that the original email was opened. It defeats the whole purpose of RMail, any email client today provides you with the delivery receipt, but it's the "opened" receipt that matters. There are many other minor issues with the implementation of RMail, but this one is the biggest problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
* Email Encryption
* RMail Recommends
* Disappearing Ink
* Large File Sharing
These are a few features that I often use. RMail is one of the best products I've ever used to encrypt and stay secure from cyber threats in this digital era. I use it for my G-Suite as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing much to dislike, but sometimes my outlook crashes. I am not sure if it is due to the app extension or the older version of Outlook that I've installed on my Windows PC. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like how the service has one download which includes email tracking, email encryption, document signatures and file sharing for large files all from one applcation. I use their Outlook app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would like to have an app for my mobile phone that does all of this too but it isn't too big a deal since I don't use my mobile email client for business emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It was very easy to download, we had it running in a few minutes. I like the fact that it's simple for the recipients to open the encrypted email, it doesn't require them to set up an account or password on their end, they are also allowed to reply back encrypted. In addition, it's very cost-effective compared with other solutions.
Registered email, the track & Proof feature is what we like the most, to be able to certify, and have legal proof of delivery when sending important documents is essential for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is nothing I dislike so far, it has been very useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like knowing and being able to prove an email was delivered and opened and also having a tangible record (called a Registered Receipt) that self-files into a special receipts folder in my Inbox. I need this confidence to continue moving from paper to email for important documents and it is much cheaper than FedEx or UPS. I don't use encryption but it is also included as is esign and a large file delivery. I have not used that yet but I am glad these are included in my subscription. I have not found anything I dislike at this time. It serves me well and I know when my emails are delivered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like RMail as I've been using this service for a while now. It helps me in encrypting my emails, sending large files, and gathering e-signatures apart from a couple of small features as Side Note instead of having to send another email, I can include a small note in the same email and write it to CC and BCC recipients. There isn't anything that I dislike about RMail as it does its job in encrypting emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Where do I start! It has all the functionality I need: track and prove message and content delivery, encrypt messages, send large files up to 1gb, e-signature capabilities, anti-whaling tools, AI tool that recommends functionalities in the moment of sending to ensure my messages are always sent with the right level of protection. I can even redact text after send and redact addresses in cc/bcc to prevent my emails from being forwarded. I love the Disappearing Ink functionality that places sensitive content within a URL, and also allows my company to track if that particular part of the message was read. I can use all of these in court!!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
RMail really has everything my company needs, and their staff is amazing. I have been using the service for 2 years now and I absolutely love it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like the abundance of feature. I can do anything and everything with the Send Registered button right from my Outlook app. Sending a registered email, sending encrypted emails to comply with regulations, sending large files securely...and it even extends these functionalities to people outside the company, so my company's emails and documents are always secure and compliant. Nothing really...I've been using the service for my whole company for several years now. Back then I missed a functionality to redact certain parts of the email, but they quickly developed it. It's great as a customer to know that they pay attention to our evolving needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like the way the software sits in my Outlook and Gmail. I can encrypt my most important emails to protect them from hackers. Also, I am glad that it allows me to Send Large Files up to 1GB and make my content viewable for a certain number of times. I like all the features that the software has to offer, which are very useful during this digital era. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing to dislike at this point in time. The software does what it is supposed to do and of course, with a wide range of options to give me peace of mind while the data is sent over the internet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Rmail/ Rpost has many features but the best among the all is proof of service along with verification of what is being sent by the user, i have personally used the same in many of my courts matters. It has also got GMail and Outlook integration features, websign and side note features also useful in many ways. Therefore I mast say that I am fan of it for making life of lawyers easier and much relexed in case of urgecency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Rmail / Rpost has got almost many features; there is nothing much to dislike as it has got all the basic and advance required feature, just the size capacity in sending the email can be larger which can be very much beneficial in sending court related papers.
