You can put on your attachments, as well. The service will attempt a TLS delivery, and if it can confirm that then it can deliver the message without requiring a password of the recipient. If you choose not to use that method, then you are able to set a password and it's pretty easy for the recipient that way as well. This is HIPAA compliant and tracking is great. **What do you dislike about RMail?** Sometimes the RPost button will disappear from Outlook. There's a fix, but it's a hassle knowing that it may at some point disappear. I know they are working on that, though.
