We partnered with RLK for the implementation of Sage Intacct and had a great experience throughout the whole process. **What problems is RKL eSolutions solving and how is that benefiting you?** Anything from software renewals for fixing problems with networking issues. ### 4. Our reps are very transparent when they may need to move our question to someone else and set realistic time frames for resolution. They are also super understanding when we may need a follow up or refresher on any intacct items. **What do you dislike about RKL eSolutions?** It would be helpful if we could get videos of meetings. Occassionally we have needed resfreshers on solutions. Our reps are always helpful and happy to have follow up meetings. But if we had videos that didnt expire it may save everyone some time. **Recommendations to others considering RKL eSolutions:** Give it a try! They are a great addition when you are using an accounting program like Intacct. Especially if you plan to use any advance modules like reporting. **What problems is RKL eSolutions solving and how is that benefiting you?** RKL has been great with helping out with problem solving. We have had some technical issues and they have been great with resources on resolving. I also like how I can explain to them what we would like to do, and they usually offer us solutions to achieve our goal. ### 5.
