RIVUR is an all-inclusive and easy to use software for managing project budgets, costs, and contracts. It's intuitive, easy to learn, and ideal for tracking all aspects of project cost reporting from design through construction. There aren't many downsides to using RIVUR, but it can be difficult to implement with a client's existing system for budgeting and tracking if they already have something in place they want to keep in addition to tracking through RIVUR. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Rivur is the best tool I've used for tracking all project financials. It's truly a one stop shop - from creating budgets, tracking approved and pending costs, and forecasting cashflows, Rivur makes it easy to not just provide accurate and up to date financial reports, but it also serves as a database for all backup documentation to ensure transparency and overall project success. The only issue I've had with Rivur is when clients want to also use their proprietary financial reporting tools in addition to using Rivur, which can create double work. Rivur helps to keep the processes and requirements across our portfolio consistent for each property. As a daily user of Rivur, I am able to see areas that can be improved or features to be added to help the user and Robert is always available to chat through these ides and implement them where applicable. I appreciate Rivur's comprehensive nature in that it performs as a cost reporting and draw creation tool as well as a storage location for all of the contracts, invoices, lien waivers, W-9s, and COIs associated with a given project.
