**What do you like best about Rivet?**

There are two main components that I appreciate most about Rivet: clear async software (I can upload all my documents to one place, any time I want, and there are clear due dates, etc), and knowing that my taxes are being reviewed and prepared by an enrolled agent.

**What do you dislike about Rivet?**

The downsides of using Rivet could potentially include price, but I personally believe that you get what you pay for. The higher price point is worth the service that I received.

**Recommendations to others considering Rivet:**

This may seem obvious, but it's worth stating: if you have the documents (W-2s, financial statements, etc), upload them promptly! Don't make the Rivet team wait around for the one thing that you as the client have to turn in.

**What problems is Rivet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rivet brings together hands-on tax preparation with easy-to-use technology and communication. In the past, I'd spend hours on TurboTax and searching for information and context. With Rivet, I compiled all of my relevant tax documents, uploaded them, and provided additional context to a member of their team, and within a few days my tax return had been filed, I was on track for a refund, and everything was completely handled, from start to finish!
