## Ritual for Restaurants Reviews
  ### 1. Cool way to earn points/credits while you eat and work

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris B. | Founder & Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 06, 2023

**What do you like best about Ritual for Restaurants?**

I like the point system to earn points on your food purchases. This is something I wish all the delivery / food ordering apps took into account. They are charging inflated fees already so it's nice to give back a bit towards future purchases if you're already using these services anyway.

**What do you dislike about Ritual for Restaurants?**

The regions in which it is available is hit or miss. There may not be as large of a selection of restaurants too compared to what people may be used to. You won't be able to use it everywhere like other national food delivery/pick up apps but when you do you'll be rewarded with points/credits at least.

**What problems is Ritual for Restaurants solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping to reward users for having delivery or take-out while also supporting local restaurants in the region. There is also an office / corporate side to it to help benefit and feed employees as a perk. The app also provides points redeemable for credits toward future orders which helps to offset the cost of delivery apps today so that helps me decide where to place an order.

  ### 2. Good easy food order system

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Neeraj P. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 10, 2023

**What do you like best about Ritual for Restaurants?**

One of the best food services you can get, especially with the discounts applied. Dedicated ipad on the counter makes it easy to know when your food is ready. Best of all no delivery fees.

**What do you dislike about Ritual for Restaurants?**

Some choices when made in person is not available when using ritual. Such as changes i want to make to my meal that may cost extra but not in the chosen list of options.

**What problems is Ritual for Restaurants solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Food order services without the delivery fees and making sure i actually get to have my food without some delivery person not turning up or being extemely late.

  ### 3. A very user oriented app

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Commercial Real Estate | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 10, 2023

**What do you like best about Ritual for Restaurants?**

Loyalty rewards: The app offers loyalty points for every order that can be redeemed for free food or drinks.

Group ordering: Users can also invite their colleagues or friends to join a group order and easily split the bill.

Restaurant discovery: The app provides recommendations for new restaurants to try in the user's area.

**What do you dislike about Ritual for Restaurants?**

Dependence on participating restaurants: The app relies on local restaurants and coffee shops to participate, so not all establishments may be available for ordering through the app.

Technical issues: Like any app, Ritual.co may have occasional technical issues, such as glitches or delays, which could impact the user experience.

**What problems is Ritual for Restaurants solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lack of restaurant information: Customers may not have access to detailed information about the restaurants in their area or the menu items they offer.
Time-consuming process

  ### 4. Great Service - Works well for

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hasnain K. | Marketing Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 04, 2023

**What do you like best about Ritual for Restaurants?**

Nice clean interface that was really easy. Special requests to the restaurant was very easy to see. Some apps hide the notes so that you have to call the restaurant if you need to modify the order. Provides category groupings that are easy to see and choose.

**What do you dislike about Ritual for Restaurants?**

The checkout should be all on one screen. too many pop ups. one for the menu. one for the mobile number, etc.

**What problems is Ritual for Restaurants solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Online food ordering for delivery or pickup.

Not many to note, a few colleagues wanted items from restaurants that weren't on the app.

**What problems is Ritual for Restaurants solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company has a mix of people with dietary restrictions, so it's nice being able to provide options in an organized matter.

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

Had a lot of free or significant meal discounts at one point

**What do you dislike about Ritual for Restaurants?**

App changed seems like it has less offers

**What problems is Ritual for Restaurants solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Don't know what the benefit is anymore, I don't think the app is all bad, just feel like it needs better marketing. Especially with other go to food delivery apps. I remember their street campaigns and marketers on the streets were very engaging.

  ### 10. Ritual is a platform for restaurant pick-up orders

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Heather M. | Co-Owner, Restaurants, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 24, 2019

**What do you like best about Ritual for Restaurants?**

Ritual is a platform for businesses to provide their staff with a meal plan. They are a startup that gives us access to more customers.

**What do you dislike about Ritual for Restaurants?**

Since Ritual is a younger company, they are not heavily trafficked and do not provide us with a substantial revenue flow. It isn't easy to access the guest when we have a message to share with them. It isn't easy to update the menu on our own, they provide a spreadsheet to do so which is NO FUN.

**Recommendations to others considering Ritual for Restaurants:**

Not sure there are alternative companies offering this service but the lack of traffic may not be worth the upkeep.

**What problems is Ritual for Restaurants solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ritual provides us with a platform for sharing our menu with local office crowd.

  ### 11. Best Company Lunch App!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Music | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 22, 2019

**What do you like best about Ritual for Restaurants?**

I love that Ritual allows businesses to subsidize food and beverages for their employees! This app has brought together my co-workers for our own "ritual" during lunchtime. The best part is that it allows coworkers to piggyback onto other orders, in turn creating a more socialized experience than the traditional order-ahead apps on the market today.

**What do you dislike about Ritual for Restaurants?**

Ritual is still a fairly new app, which makes my following complaint less severe - there are few restaurants to choose from and the ones that are available have not been my go-to places. On the upside, this has helped me branch out and explore new venues that I would not have otherwise. The options offered on the app tend to be on the more expensive side, but I expect that as the app develops and gains more traction, better options will become available.

**Recommendations to others considering Ritual for Restaurants:**

Best when integrated with an interface like Slack, as it allows seamless communication between coworkers and eases the piggybacking concept that makes Ritual unique.

**What problems is Ritual for Restaurants solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The more I use Ritual.co, the more I've come across issues with merchants who are not yet fully equipped for a digital-first experience. Although most restaurants are evolving to a more modern approach of customer segments being omnichannel and not solely just walk-ins, I've noticed there still a significant amount of restaurants that have a hard time dealing with Ritual's digital interface.

  ### 12. Fantastic office/workplace food ordering app

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 02, 2019

**What do you like best about Ritual for Restaurants?**

Ability to collect orders from co-workers and designate one person as the "food getter" is very convenient.

**What do you dislike about Ritual for Restaurants?**

Lot's of emails, even unsubscribing still results in many being sent.

**What problems is Ritual for Restaurants solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problem of organizing lunch with co-workers has been made more efficient.
