It seems like a good bit of low value non-fraud orders are cancelled and the color scheme on the website is not easy on the eyes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Riskified?

Riskified is reliable and attentive. Any time I have a question I am able to reach out to the support team for help. I Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Riskified?

The part about Riskified that I dislike is when a customers order gets canceled and they are a good customer. I would like there to be some sort of reporting back to Riskified so that they can adjust to customers also. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Riskified solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are at a 97% approval rate on total orders. We realized that with manual fraud review we were canceling good orders and allowing bad orders to go through. Riskifieds techniques are second to none. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Riskified?

I like that I can set all incoming orders to automatically go through Riskified's platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Riskified?

I wish we had better explanations of why an order is declined. If we cancel an order because it was marked my Riskified we often have customers that ask what happened. Based on the information provided we don't always have a real reason for the decline and cancelled order. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Riskified:

Very easy to set up and the response time is quick. I have never had issues getting the reports that authorize approval or a decline within a timely matter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
