What do you dislike about Rise Up?
Just lik most platforms, it is a subscription model (price per user).
What problems is Rise Up solving and how is that benefiting you?
We looked for a more robust solution to support us when we moved to a hybrid delivery model. The system allowed us to customize an experience across an array of clients. Yet, for us, it only required minimal administrative adaptations. The biggest gift to us is the ease of use to navigate the system from both the user and administrative side.
We also like the ability to segment the Community (discussion boards) by various groups (e.g., by small peer teams, cohort, and client organizations.)

What do you like best about Rise Up?
It works reliably and gave us the opportunity to create a branded online training experience that works well on mobile.
What do you dislike about Rise Up?
The landing page of the app is missing the feel of a social media app, to encourage users to visit more regularly. Instead of a dynamic feed of training updates and brand news, users get the static list training courses assigned to them. This isn't helping to build the user habit of regular visits.

Getting staff around the world trained up with the latest information.

What do you like best about Rise Up?
Rise Up have supported my business as it has growth in the last 12 months. I have found the technical and commercial support to be outstanding. Although Click2 Learn is a small but growing business, Rise Up have treated us as a valued customer with 'Rock Star' treatment
We use the platform to serve multiple use cases for multiple clients and we have found the token system meets our needs perfectly.
What do you dislike about Rise Up?
Default time zone to Europe Paris when setting up a new user. Data extract and customer reporting could be stronger.
What problems is Rise Up solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tokens: We utilise the token system to serve a wide range of clients. We have found this approach flexible and easy to administer.
Partner Platforms: Having unlimited partner platforms has become an extremely valualble part of our business model, as we are able to offer a dedicated platform with client branding and bespoke configuration.
H5P: Having this authoring tool integrated into the platform has proved increadible useful for created bespoke content for out clients. It allow us to turn around short courses with nice interactive learning features quickly.
Integration: We have also started to integrate 3rd party software into the Rise Up platform, This includes an external customer database and a proctoring tool.

What do you like best about Rise Up?
We are using UpGraduate since 6 months. Thanks to UpGraduate LMS, we create our first corporate university to train customers. It's one of the best LMS on the market, focus on user experience, mobility, easy to use .. Finally a LMS built for marketers.
What do you dislike about Rise Up?
I hope in the future they will improve analytics and add more plugins.

What do you like best about Rise Up?
We engaged with Rise Up a little over one year ago. We are part of Xplor Technologies, a global SaaS and payments company with various products and verticals across the world. We were introduced to Rise Up by one of our French coworkers using the platform. For our vertical, we are all based in North America, so needed a platform that works in English, but also could scale as we plan to enter additional markets in the coming years. We also needed a platform that had robust reporting, as our previous platform had incredibly limited reports and we weren’t able to know where we should optimize our material.
We decided to build two different accounts within Rise Up. We created an internal academy where we house all of our training materials for employees. Our team found it incredibly easy to create courses around simple things like getting to know Xplor, and more complex learning paths like learning how to use our software. We enroll any new hire into the academy and are constantly adding new courses as we roll out features to the various products within our group. It serves as a central hub that we can send everyone within our teams (customer service, product, sales) to learn about what is going on and not miss any new releases.
The second account we built was a client facing academy. This is focused on new client onboarding, and houses our client facing learning paths. Most of that is utilized as part of their onboarding to our various software products, but we hear customers who go back and reference it from time to time. We loved Rise Up because we could make it so much more engaging and interactive than previous tools we had used. Our training team is able to tweak the course weekly as things change, while keeping a very close eye on completion rates and have set up various reminders for customers throughout their onboarding so they don’t forget about the courses. We pair the online courses with live training sessions so we are able to serve the content in multiple ways, knowing that people learn in different ways.
Overall, we are extremely happy with Rise Up. We are adding another product into our catalog of courses now, and looking at year two of our contract with them!
What do you dislike about Rise Up?
Moving courses between our two different instances or Rise Up has proven to be a little difficult.
What problems is Rise Up solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rise Up's features help us solve the problem of giving our customers and internal teams practice tasks, ways they can engage with our product to actually learn it. It also gives us so much visibility into reporting so we know where we need to improve, ie. where customers drop off, how to break up courses or tasks into smaller bites.

Rise Up are an innovative forward thinking company.
Right from the start we have been welcomed and made to feel important, time taken to show us how the Rise Up can look personalised and customsied for our users.
We selected Rise Up after alot of research, one of teh key factors was their ambition to grow, change, develop, receive feedback and develop with the market.
People - Rise Up's people are simlar to us, positive, can-do attitude, a fantastic match from the start.
What do you dislike about Rise Up?
The pricing model was confusing at first and still a little challenging to understand what is included and what's not.
What problems is Rise Up solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are provinding, with Rise Up, sector leading training for teachers. We are able to reach more teachers, at times which are approriate for them, in the right mode, right content.
Times have changed and we recognised this and wanted to move to a different delivery model - Rise Up suport that for us.

Rise Up has successfully guided use while implementing an internal and external learner management system for real PE.
The friendly, professional and knowledgeable team have guided us with patience and helped us drive our project forward at pace.

Not much to offer as dislikes if we are perfectly honest.
The tokens v's licence decision was a challenge for our business, but we now have a sound understanding of how this can work for our products.
What problems is Rise Up solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were keen to develop a suite-style learner management system to host the learning of our real PE members.
This introduction was a new area for us to navigate and transferring all our vILT and in-person content into eLearning modules was quite challenging.
Rise Up has guided us with top-quality support, and we look forward to the benefit this will bring to real PE membership

They regularly improve the platform with new features, they really listen to their clients' feedback and do everything they can to match their needs.

They are currently working on improving the reporting section so that's great.

With the Rise Up app on the employees' Teams app we really have learning in the flow of work and that's a real advantage.
We are increasing our learning culture and making sure everyone has easy and simple access to the LMS to improve their skills.
