"Efficient and User Friendly HR Platform"
5/5
What do you like best about Rippling?

What I like best about Rippling is its ability to centralize multiple HR and employee management functions into a single, well organized platform. Features such as leave management, payroll access, onboarding, attendance tracking, and employee information updates are easy to access and help simplify day to day tasks for both employees and HR teams. The platform has improved workflow efficiency by reducing the need for multiple systems and minimizing manual follow ups for routine processes. I also appreciate how smoothly Rippling supports coordination between HR, IT, and employees, especially during onboarding and operational activities. Another valuable benefit is the automation capability, which helps reduce repetitive administrative work and improves overall productivity. The interface is clean and user friendly, making it convenient to quickly find important information and complete tasks efficiently. Overall, Rippling provides a professional and streamlined experience that improves communication, operational management, and employee convenience across the organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rippling?

I do not have any major concerns about Rippling, as the platform is generally well organized, efficient, and user friendly. One area that could be improved is the onboarding experience for new or first time users. Some features and settings may take time to fully understand initially, especially for users unfamiliar with the platform. Providing more in platform guidance, tutorials, or step by step walkthroughs would help users navigate features more confidently and improve the overall learning experience. I also appreciate how user-friendly the system is and how it helps teams move quickly during hiring and operational growth. The workflows are smooth, collaborative, and save a lot of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Rippling’s Unified HR, IT & Finance Platform Saves Hours"
5/5
What do you like best about Rippling?

Rippling is a powerhouse platform that seamlessly unifies HR, IT, and Finance into a single, intuitive source of truth, effortlessly connecting with your entire software ecosystem through robust third-party integrations. By consolidating automated payroll, app provisioning, and device management, it completely eliminates disconnected systems and hours of manual work. Backed by a sleek UI/UX, rapid onboarding automation, and smart AI insights, it delivers a high-performance experience that maximizes daily operational efficiency and drives exceptional ROI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rippling?

While Rippling is a powerful platform, its main drawbacks stem from the hidden complexities of its all-in-one design. Its modular, à la carte pricing model can quickly become expensive as you scale and add features, especially since you are locked into a mandatory one-year contract with little upfront pricing transparency. Additionally, navigating the initial AI chatbot for customer support can be highly frustrating, occasionally resulting in unexpected resolution delays for technical or specific payroll issues. Finally, the system can suffer from occasional slow loading times during peak payroll cycles, and the massive density of its interconnected features can make the interface feel overwhelming for smaller teams. "Rippling: Streamlining HR, IT and Security through Intelligent Automation."
5/5
What do you like best about Rippling?

Rippling's biggest strength is its ability to unify HR, IT Payroll and identity management into a single, easy to use platform. The automation capabilities significantly reduce manual work, especially during onboarding and offboarding, while ensuring employees have the right access from day one. I particularly appreciate the strong security features including Single Sign On (SSO) Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) and automated access provisioning. The ability to automatically manage access to business applications has been especially valuable for maintaining compliance and reducing administrative effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rippling?

Rippling is a powerful and feature-rich platform, but the extensive functionality can occasionally result in a learning curve for new administrators. Some advanced workflows and reporting capabilities could offer more customization options, and navigating certain settings may take time initially. However, these are minor concerns, and the platform's automation, security features, integrations, and ease of managing HR and IT operations far outweigh any drawbacks. "Powerful tool with a Friendly, Intuitive Interface"
5/5
What do you like best about Rippling?

It’s easy to use and has a nice, friendly interface. I like having shortcuts to the main features, so I can access them quickly.

I also like the notifications and pending-tasks dashboard, because that way I don’t miss anything the company or my bosses assign to me.

I find very useful the fast and easy way for updating my personal information and the way it keeps my requests under constant tracking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rippling?

I like Rippling so far, but I think contextual help within the submenus would be really useful. It would allow for a quicker understanding of what each feature is for and what information is expected to be filled in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Very User Friendly"
5/5
What do you like best about Rippling?

It is very user friendly and intuitive. The account reRippling has been a genuinely user-friendly platform. The interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, even for tasks that might otherwise feel complex or technical. Whether I'm handling day-to-day administrative work or diving into more detailed settings, I've found the system to be logically laid out and easy to pick up without much of a learning curve.

What really stands out, though, is the support behind the product. The account representatives and technical support team are consistently responsive and genuinely helpful. Whenever I've had questions or run into an issue, I've been able to get timely answers from people who clearly know the platform well. They take the time to walk through solutions rather than just pointing me to a generic help article, which makes a real difference when you're trying to solve something quickly.

Overall, the combination of an easy-to-use platform and a responsive, knowledgeable support team has made my experience with Rippling a positive one.ps are also very responsive and helpful when I Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rippling?

I'd love to see a feature for organizing past candidates we didn't move forward with for a given role but who had strong backgrounds and could be a good fit for future openings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Interface, Efficient Integration, Needs Faster Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Rippling?

I find Rippling excellent for managing payroll, and it's very useful because it offers a system that helps keep everything organized and automated, especially with administration, benefits, and time tracking. I appreciate how Rippling integrates different applications, combining profits, payments, and staff management all in one place, making everything more efficient. I really like the interface because it's easy to use and very intuitive. The ability to customize benefits for each employee is a great advantage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rippling?

My only criticism concerns the support team, as this is something that should be improved. I would like the responses to be faster, although perhaps that's just my personal experience. We had some ideas about how to integrate everything, but despite the slow response from the support team, we were able to integrate it correctly and without too much difficulty. "Consolidated Workforce Management with Room for AI Improvement"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Rippling?

I really appreciate how Rippling consolidates professional registration, indemnity cover, and mandatory training against practitioner profiles along with payroll and pay structures. This has solved compliance exposure problems and ensures that nobody is rostered while their credentials are out of date. Managing a mixed workforce with Rippling is efficient since there's no sense of operating separate systems for permanent and locum staff. The integration with rota planning is great, aligning availability with actual shifts and saving me from cross-checking calendars manually. Even during busy periods, such as recruitment and onboarding, the platform's performance remains reliable. I also find the initial setup pretty simple despite initial concerns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rippling?

Pricing is the area I would most like to see improved, since reasoning about cost grew more involved once headcount began shifting with seasonal demand, and I have had to sit down with finance now and again to reconcile the figures. The AI assistant has also fallen short of what I hoped for, as I was expecting it to flag a credential nearing expiry before the matter turned urgent, yet that still depends on someone checking dates by hand.
