**What do you like best about Rippling?**

The ability to store emails and passwords among my team, especially in the world of Client Success in Social realms, is absolutely paramount. Rippling does a great job of storing these items and allowing access for the team at large, while keeping them protected from anyone outside of our team. It also acts as a hub for all personal information within my role, like benefits, time-off, and paystubs., I use it every day and can't imagine my role without it. To boot, Rippling is easy to setup and use (rare to be efficient at both), extremely easy to integrate through my web browser, and I've had quick success with customer support when I've had minimal issues.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

The UI could be a bit cleaner, but it genuinely is not an issue. Just the one thing I've noticed.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Outside of general questions on time-off balances and Pay, Rippling is a game changer for storing passwords and access to multiple platforms for my team of Success Managers.

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

I like how Rippling completely solved the headache of manual tracking and tracing people for their hours with its timesheets. Everything auto populates, approvals are seamless, and it integrates directly with payroll so we no longer deal with errors or delays in paying our team. Rippling saves us several hours per pay period. The Contractor hub has been equally helpful in managing 1099 contractors, centralizing documents, tax forms, and onboarding, which used to be a mess. Rippling also stands out for how everything is truly unified in one platform, connecting multiple tools for payroll, HR, IT, time tracking, and contractor management seamlessly. Overall, these tools have streamlined our operations, cut down administrative work, and given us more confidence in our HR and payroll processes.

I haven't found anything that I dislike about Rippling yet.

Rippling simplifies time tracking and payroll, eliminating manual headaches. It centralizes contractor management, reducing document mess. I like that I can use rippling to keep up with my time whether it’s clocking in, breaks, or clocking out. I can get all forms needed to be filled and overall rippling has so much more to offer. I love also the fact that it alerts me daily about my upcoming shifts, I can get my paystubs, and so so much more via rippling! It’s the best I’ve ever had!

There’s nothing that I currently dislike about rippling for I have never had any issues so far!

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

I like that Rippling allows me to do everything in just one app. I don't have to navigate between multiple apps like email, Slack, or asking my manager for approvals. It syncs everything with the IT team and automates tasks that used to be a pain point for me. Rippling is also great for device management; my laptop was shipped quickly when I was a new hire. The benefits administration for expenses, payrolls, and app provisioning is seamless and I don't have to request access for different apps like Slack and Google Workspace. The SSO login for over 650 apps is incredibly useful for syncing my login to all company apps. The setup has been very easy and smooth, shifting all tasks like ID, data, and finance-related expense tracking to one place, with an amazing setup of SSO login and multi-factor authentication.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

Oh, what doesn't work for me as of now is, I haven't seen the use of Rippling AI to generate me insights or automating some repetitive tasks for me. So, yeah, I would like to explore something on that line. Yeah.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rippling automates my payroll, tax billing, and benefits, streamlining HR and finance in one system. It connects my time off seamlessly with my manager, syncs deductions, and manages device operations, simplifying multi-app navigation to boost efficiency.

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

I use Rippling to log my hours and plan my PTO. It solves my tax questions by providing exactly what I need to file and is very seamless to use. I love how simple it is to schedule PTO and time off, and the platform is very user-friendly. These features are valuable because I am very busy in my job, and the easy and simple use helps me be effective at my job. The initial setup was pretty easy and took about a week. I would rate it 9/10 for being super user-friendly.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

I think that Rippling could have a more robust organization chart, something about the design seems a bit clunky. It's also confusing to navigate to what holidays our company takes off and I can never find it. The zoom feature zooms into the corner which is annoying, and the branches should just work downwards instead of to the side. An up to down hierarchy would be easier to follow.

I really like how Rippling bridges the gap between HR and IT in my company, which used to feel like different planets. **What do you like best about Rippling?**

I really appreciate Rippling's unmatched customer support, which includes a helpful customer support button and chat. If I need live help, I can get it very easily and in a timely manner. I feel confident using the platform because I'm never waiting long for answers to my questions. Rippling is also super user-friendly, which makes it easier to manage payroll for my employees, as well as help with figuring out taxes and retirement. Finally, setting up Rippling was very easy and straightforward, thanks to the live guidance we had throughout, which ensured we didn't miss anything during the setup process. This level of support is extremely important to me.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

Some of the parameters of setting up, for example, retirement, were a little tricky. Transitioning from my old platform had a learning curve and a bit of an adjustment since it wasn't that straightforward. There was a bit of back and forth, but we ended up figuring it out with a live video support call.

I like Rippling's simple interface and the variety of functions it offers. Receiving PTO requests on my phone is super convenient, allowing me to quickly approve or deny them. Since my company has only a few employees, having an easy way to manage paid time off by checking the company's agenda helps me decide what is possible to confirm and what can be discussed to delay.

I think that the functions are still in development so the proper tour and explanation of which function works better to what demand sometimes can be a little unclear. I think a consumer forum for doubts, discussions and ideas would be of great use.

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

I use Rippling for HR, Payroll, Talent, IT, and Time management. I appreciate its simplicity and how it delivers better recruiting and reporting. The system is more seamless overall. I like the reporting feature because it's clear and allows me to share reports with others who can rerun them and view only what they have access to. It communicates well with other departments, and everything flows based on triggers. I love the grouping component and how it displays the information, as well as how it builds the report while I request the information I want.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

There are some restrictions with the permissions. It's limited to some aspects. We have a higher-up that needs to have access to all employees minus 8, and we cannot limit him from seeing those 8 employees. It's either all or nothing.

Rippling provides simplicity, better recruiting, and reporting, offering an overall more seamless system. The reporting is clear, sharable, and allows others to rerun it while respecting access permissions. It facilitates communication across departments, working effectively based on triggers.

I believe that two-factor authentication should allow for device recognition so that codes are not requested again for a certain period or on a specific device, once they are considered safe and reliable.

I find Rippling to be a great tool for getting my payroll money quickly, which is really important for remote workers like me in Argentina. I love that I don't have to deal with any paperwork, as my bank accounts are set up and everything is pretty great and timely. The interface is probably the best part; it looks good and makes me feel comfortable while also making it easier to understand the page and get my money faster. The ability to set different accounts without having to input them each time is a really helpful feature. I also appreciate that everything I need is organized and available, making it more professional and offering many things that my previous service didn't. Overall, it's been really easy to use.

I think Rippling should improve by having every feature available on the phone. I sometimes have to pull out my laptop to get my money from my account to my bank account. Having everything on the phone would be really helpful.

What I like most about Rippling is the automation that connects everything. The one-click onboarding stands out to me, making the process quick and straightforward for each step, using five or six tools. Device management automation and employee self-service are also impressive. I appreciate how onboarding time has been reduced significantly from possibly full days to maybe just twenty minutes, saving me around ten hours each month. This time-saving aspect is a huge benefit for me.

What I wish would improve is the initial learning curve, customer support, and the mobile app interface.

UI is good, but still needs some clarification on what each section does, I find myself clicking at random stuff sometimes. Integrations are good, no complaints there. Perfomance is also great, light and steady. I'm not sure about princing, since I'm an employee, but the team speaks greatly about inline pricing. Support should be straight forwaerd since I never had any problems.

How confusing It is sometimes, you might have to click a lot of squares, guessing what each one does. That's my only complaint.

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

I like that Rippling puts everything all in one platform and is incredibly easy to use. The training and payroll features are especially easy, and the onboarding process is efficient as it puts the onus on the new employee, making it much simpler for the corporation. It's really helpful for operational efficiency, and onboarding can be done quickly without much back and forth communication, which saves time. We set it up through a third party, but I feel we could have easily set it up ourselves.

I don't know that there is many features at this point that I would change, but there's also an abundance of features that we haven't used yet.

Rippling puts everything on one platform, making it incredibly easy to use. It simplifies training, payroll, and onboarding, which boosts operational efficiency and allows quick onboarding without much back-and-forth communication.

What I like most about Rippling, and why I recommend it, is how accessible and user-friendly it is. It makes it easy for me to check my schedule, view employees’ schedules, review time cards, and manage time-off requests. I'm also able to easily adjust schedules, and add new employees.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

The only thing I dislike is the button it uses for the "Copy" option when scheduling shifts.

Rippling is helping me to solve scheduling conflicts, sick leave and PTO distribution, and accurate tracking of employee's hours.

I use Rippling mainly to accept my paycheck, and I get paid on schedule without any issues transferring the money to my account. I like that it's easy to use, practical, and secure. It's very convenient because I can have it on my phone, and it allows me to transfer money to whichever account I want. Setting up my account was simple and took less than three minutes, just by following the email instructions. Adding my bank account was also very straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

Well, I would say just the customer support. You know? The chat you guys have. I would put a little bit more of attention. But other than that, everything is perfect.

Rippling ensures I get paid on schedule with no issues transferring money to my account, even internationally from Mexico.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

While Rippling is incredibly powerful, it can definitely be a "double-edged sword." Here are a few things that users often find frustrating or challenging:

1. The "All-in-One" Complexity
Because Rippling tries to do everything (Payroll, IT, Benefits, Device Management), the interface can feel cluttered and overwhelming.

Finding a specific setting for something simple, like a timecard adjustment, can sometimes feel like a scavenger hunt through too many menus.

2. Implementation "Growing Pains"
Setting Rippling up correctly is a massive project.

If the initial setup (the "logic" of your company) isn't perfect, it can cause cascading errors. For example, if a permission is set wrong at the top level, it might accidentally block Anto from seeing Bianka’s timecards, and fixing it requires digging through deep administrative layers.

You can set up Automated Workflows (Recipes). For example: "If Anto hasn't approved Bianka's timecard by Friday at 4:00 PM, send her a Slack reminder." It does the "nagging" for you so you can focus on your actual wor

I love how easy Rippling is to use; it's really intuitive. I also really like being able to explore the org chart, which helps me understand other people's responsibilities even if I don't know them personally. Navigating the system is basically an intuitive experience, and time tracking is straightforward. Getting in touch with the right person in each department is made easier, and the process for requesting time off or overtime is streamlined.

So that if I receive a pay increase or if I want to change my benefits, I would like to be able to go row by row and update that information so I can estimate taxes and plan accordingly. The implementation was terrible; we had two implementation managers and spent the first two months going back and forth just trying to add people into the system correctly. By the time we went live, we hadn't adequately completed any other implementation steps. The Benefits Admin implementations were poorly managed, with the manager often ghosting us after receiving employee data, providing no help in completing the setup or answering questions. The global benefits setup was delayed by two months beyond the go-live date because they were building out the function live without informing us, making us think there were just bugs to fix. Support from account managers and technical account managers was lacking, as they rarely responded to messages, and we've already had two of each since going live two months ago. Overall, honestly, so much has gone wrong that I can't even list it all.

Rippling is terrible and complicates my day with management issues. Implementation was a mess, and support is unreliable. Global benefits were delayed, and communication was poor.

I think the ease and portability of having everything integrated into one platform is great on Rippling. Before, I had to issue and send by email to the company, and they would return to me by email with the payment status. I also had to worry about currency conversion, but now they do everything on one platform. It is very valuable to have everything in one place, as it makes it simpler to resolve any payment issues, both for me and for the company. The company approves my invoices on the platform, the payment goes to Rippling, and they return the payment to me in the correct currency, just for me to withdraw to my bank account.

I think the issue with the withdrawal could be better. I make the withdrawal, and the amount takes a little longer to be credited to my account, which is the most time-consuming process. It would be good if they could speed up or improve this issue a bit.

I like the tasks feature because it displays what I should do at the moment without having to go through all the pages. It has a very good UI and is very user-friendly. The tasks feature includes a feed of what needs doing for the company I'm working for, whether it's documents they need or vice versa. The initial setup is hassle-free, just placing your details and information without much fluff. I definitely recommend Rippling, rating it a 10 out of 10.

Maybe more features like project management but I am not sure if it will be the right tool for it.

Actually, I haven’t had any issues so far. It has everything we need. In the future, it might be great to be able to request vacation ahead of time, because sometimes you want to request days for December, for example, and you can’t since you don’t have the days accumulated yet—even though you will by then.

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

The interface is very user-friendly. Everything you do on Rippling is communicated to you via email (for example, when your invoice is approved, when your payment is going to be received, and any login attempts). I also felt very protected and secure on the platform, as the security measures are very tight. Another highlight was my first experience with customer support, which was amazing: I had a small issue with my birthdate, and it was fixed very quickly—on the same day.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

My only feedback for Rippling is to merge the payroll and HR functions into a single, more unified experience. Right now, the values I’ve received from my employer are shown in HR (under the contractor hub), but it would make more sense for that information to be located under “My Pay” instead.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since I live in Brazil and my employer is American, Rippling helps a lot with multi-country payroll. It automatically converts the amounts into my local currency, and I can easily manage how much I want to withdraw, when to withdraw it, and which bank account I want to receive the money in.

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

I use Rippling to see my current benefits conveniently in one place, as well as my pay and tax information. I like how easy it is to use. It was awesome to use it when I was onboarded as a new hire and everything was really smooth. Rippling allowed me to view and sign the paperwork in one place, which was really valuable when I was first hired. I was on vacation when I was hired and didn't want to spend a lot of my vacation time working on paperwork, and Rippling made it really fast and easy. I have it linked to my Slack and Gmail, so it notifies me about any changes that happen or anything I need to do in Rippling. The initial setup was very easy and very quick for me.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

Nothing

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rippling consolidates all my benefits, pay, and tax info in one place, saving time and effort. It simplifies paperwork, especially useful when I was hired. The integration with Slack and Gmail keeps me updated. Onboarding was smooth and easy.

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

Rippling is truly and all-in-one solution for our business. We were looking for a platform that would be one site for our employees to go for their payroll, HR folder, performance management, benefits selections (to include FSA accounts). After years of searching and demoing different sites, we discovered Rippling and it has lived up to everything that we were told during the demo. This platform truly is a all-in-one solution for our HR functions. The amount of details and information held within this platform is amazing and the fact that every product talks to each other is integral for our small HR department. We do not have to worry about adding the same information to multiple modules. With Rippling, we enter a piece of data into their system 1 time and each module that uses that data has access to it. The integrations between the benefits module and payroll is seamless. The same can be said about the integration between payroll and our accounting software, QuickBooks Online Advanced. The implementation team was wonderful throughout our entire implementation process of all of the products we purchased. Each product has their own implementation manager who is an expert of that product and is able to hold our hands through all of the set up and first run of benefits and/or payroll.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

While the UI is very intuitive and the system is easy to use and navigate, there is a learning curve to remembering where all of the settings are and where certain data lives. In general, if you go to the specific employee's profile you can access all of their points of data. During the initial set up phase it can seem overwhelming when remembering where a setting is housed or how to change something. The Help Center is very detailed and has helped me many times to find where to go to make changes.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rippling is providing us with 1 site for our employees to navigate to where they can find all of their HR related information: HR folder, documents, payroll, benefits, FSA/HSA, performance management, etc. Our previous platform had several issues with administering our FSA benefit and struggled with submitting our payroll taxes to the tax agencies correctly and on time. With Rippling excelling in these areas, it is reducing the amount of time our small HR team is having to troubleshoot and solve issues for our employees.

Rippling’s overall ease of use and guided setup stand out the most. The system is intuitive without sacrificing depth, and payroll in particular is streamlined in a way that makes reviews quick and practical. The ability to sort, filter, and easily access the payroll journal significantly reduces review time. The AI support chat is also a major improvement compared to legacy providers (ADP/Paycom/etc.), as it allows for quick answers to detailed questions without long support delays.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

As a newer-generation platform, Rippling relies more on scheduled support and self-service resources rather than immediate phone-based support. While this wasn’t an issue for me, it could be a learning curve for users who are less comfortable navigating modern, tech-forward systems.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rippling simplifies HRIS configuration and compliance while significantly reducing payroll processing and review time. Processes that previously took hours in ADP or Paycom can now be completed much more efficiently. Improved visibility, intuitive workflows, and readily available AI support allow issues to be identified and resolved quickly.
