Having everything in one place from pay stubs & tax documents to benefits is great. Very easy to update forms such as the w4 and there's no need to send signed PDFs back and forth to HR to get these done.

Benefits are also just as easy. The enrollment process is smooth and effortless and all done through rippling (if the providers of said benefits have integrations)

This process has been so much easier for me with rippling than with our prior HRIS tool that we used.

Since this tool is so easy to use, It makes it easy to use it more frequently. Under benefits, it allows you to put your member ID in for each benefit too, which makes it super easy to have everything you need/want in rippling. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have noticed that we can't specify a date to make an address change effective, it's just changed as of the date that you change it. However, it's not a huge deal, mostly just an edge case.

Not sure if it's just our implementation or not, but it does seem that our ATS is filtering out some candidates for positions that should not be filtered out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like is that even when I'm not at my job, I can still access the app and check my time card and submit it from home so I can get paid. I'm able to see my hours, Also what I really like is that Rippling can show you your projected PTO hours and not just your remaining balance, which helps when scheduIing vacations. I use Rippling on a daily honeslty so it's great that I haven't had any situations and when our employer notices anything wrong with our kiosk for when clocking in at work they reach out to ya'll and you guys get the situation fixed right then and there. I love that Ripping offers an all-in-one platform for payments, leave, reviews, and training.

Our organization uses it to manage HR functions like payroll and leave management. As well as review cycles and up-line/org chart management.

It is a great HR platform and offers a great holistic overview of the company, my position, and my profile in one platform.

Not to mention the SSO. I cannot imagine having to remember 14 passwords.

I like many of the features offered for employess that ranges from having a community forum for the company to the option of viewing pay stubs, W-2 form and information, and even company benefits of health insurance provider and retirement benefit contribution such as IRA's.

I love the way is integrate many tools in only one comfortable and easy of use platform, the paystubs, contract management, hours accounting so on are very helpful, clear and powerful. It extremely reduce the cost in terms of time and money trying to get everything coordinated and synchronized because is good enough implemented in my employer platform. You can access to it everywhere in PC or mobile and you can configure many bank accounts to divide your payroll as you want. Just a small feature request is a direct integration to Slack for time-offs. So it sends a message in specified channel, right now my company has a form that does this which deters me from using Rippling's time-off feature more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Working remotely, Rippling has been a great source of information regarding my organization’s HR policies. It allows me to consult my available days for vacation, and submit requests that automatically notify my manager. My payment is also handled through Rippling, and it offers me status updates about the transaction and when it has been sent to my bank. A really useful and easy to use platform. One of my favorite things about the Rippling is the ability to look at the company org chart and find who works where and for who. This is very intuitive and helpful when you are trying to locate and contact people in certain departments.

Additionally, the referral system is great. Being able to simply add info about a referral and track their progress.

Lastly, the time off and well being sections are very easy to navigate and get use from.

I have tried many invoicing software and must say Rippling stood out in both user friendliness and functionality. This is such a great value for money app. Customer support is wonderful with 24/7 support and with quick resolutions. We use rippling for our monthly invoicing at an ease. Nothing as such that I have come across. However, time and attendance feature lacks any report. We work with a different vendor for that and have all the reports.
