While most items and settings can be easily found within the platform, there are a few items that I'm not able to find through the search bar and have to manually click through each section's settings to find the specific item I'm looking for. As an example - verifying that all W-2's and 1099's are scheduled to be sent by mail - this section lives inside of a navigation menu that is not searchable from the primary search bar. Considering the complexity of PEO solutions and all of the various features, this is a relatively minor issue compared to the value we receive from the platform as a whole. As an employee, Rippling is a very easy app to use. The interface is simple, and easy to understand and work around. Viewing my paychecks is simple and easy to do, without needing to constantly download a pdf to view my paycheck. Submitting time off requests is also a very simple process. Very simple to navigate the pages, everything is laid out clearly. My boss had no problem setting it up and setting up my account was just as easy as the rest of it. The payment section is easy to read which is something that's normally difficult for me. The people directory is extremely helpful for when I've needed to get in contact with one of my co workers, but I didn't have their number. We use Rippling for attendance and payroll purposes. So far, the experience is great! The interface is on point and it is so easy to use. We got all we need in this app! We use Time and Attendance and it has the options to clock in, clock out and take breaks. the MFA authenticator is a good security feature,but the login can be slow some time. this can be frustrating some time when I need to login to platform in urgent situation.
