What I like best about Rippling is how organized and efficient the platform is. It makes recruiting, onboarding, approvals, and employee management much easier to manage in one place.

I also appreciate how user-friendly the system is and how it helps teams move quickly during hiring and operational growth. The workflows are smooth, collaborative, and save a lot of time.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

One downside is that some workflows and approvals can sometimes feel difficult to track when multiple departments are involved. It can occasionally create confusion regarding ownership or next steps.

However overall, the platform is very efficient and continues to improve collaboration and organization across teams.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rippling is helping simplify and centralize many HR and operational processes that would normally require multiple systems and manual follow-ups. It improves efficiency with recruiting, onboarding, approvals, position management, and employee organization.

For me personally, it has helped speed up hiring processes, improve visibility across departments, and create smoother collaboration between management and HR teams during periods of rapid growth.

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

I like how Rippling allows me to track my payment status and provides clarity on which team I am under. It's helpful to see when my payment has been processed and how long it will take to reflect in my main bank account. The ability to easily download payslips is also a plus.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

Honestly, the MFA for logging into Rippling is troublesome, especially the Google Authenticator one when logging in. It disrupts my login procedure and does not let me stay logged in on my primary and secondary devices. It needs to be changed and made more user-friendly. Also, initially, the setup was very easy, but later on, when I lost my authenticator downloadable code, I had to reach out to the admin for that. That is troublesome. We need some super easy re-login procedure.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Rippling to track my hierarchy and payments, and it helps solve my problem of tracking payments and applying for leave. It also shows which team I work under and processes my payments efficiently.

Finally, the system can suffer from occasional slow loading times during peak payroll cycles, and the massive density of its interconnected features can make the interface feel overwhelming for smaller teams.

HR would collect employee information, IT would manually create accounts in Slack, Google Workspace, GitHub, and other tools, payroll would enter data separately, and managers would follow up on equipment and permissions. The process could take hours or even days.

The best part of Rippling is the customer service.   Literally, Purusharth Jain, he made the entire onboarding experience bearable.   However, we may have driven him a bit crazy with our delayed start dates, he helped us for months as we are a start up business.   Thank you PJ for being such a fantastic mentor and the great patience you displayed with Brad & I.
We miss you already, that's the worst part of full onboarding, losing the mentor that get's you through the orientation of Rippling.    Anyway, thanks again Purusharth!  -- JoAnn (Tissue & Cell Technologies)

I don't like that the employees and contractors have to be set up on two separate payrolls.    I would have liked a small payroll with a mix of both.

Rippling offers highly flexible customization, which is especially useful when scaling a team where things don’t always fit a strict template and you end up managing various one-off deals. On top of that, the automated compliance features are extremely helpful for remote companies with team members spread across many states and countries.

The onboarding process was highly detailed, and we had support at every step of the way. This was invaluable.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

Rippling pitched automated account provisioning to us, and it does help with that, but there are several tools it either can’t provision at all or can’t provision correctly. For example, with ClickUp, you need a higher-level ClickUp premium plan for account provisioning to work. With HubSpot, Rippling only provisions view-only seats, so you still have to go in manually afterward to adjust permissions.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automated compliance for taxes, breaks, and paid leave is a major benefit for us. Our previous process was manual and often lagged behind legislative updates, especially since we have employees in nearly all 50 U.S. states. Rippling now automates all of this, which helps us stay up to date and feel confident that we’re always in compliance.

Easy navigation and single log in for payroll, insurance, FSA, transit benefits, and HR trainings. A little detail but I also love the animations on the 'you've been paid' emails that give me a little giggle.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

Would be nice if un-used parts of the site could be hidden by my admin (for example we don't do PTO on rippling but the 'my time' tab is still on my profile, empty). 'Favorites' isn't useful to me, you don't seem to be able to favorite FSA or Commuter which would be ones I'd like easiest access to.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Really enjoy the clear visuals of FSA balance and transactions. Annual training content is more engaging than past years'. Huge benefit of having so much information under a single log in, would often take time to remember what carrier and log in information was needed for so many various accounts before.

I really like the interface of Rippling. It's very user-friendly and everything is easy to navigate. I find the inbox notifications, especially when I get paid, very helpful. The user interface also looks really good, with amazing graphic design and cute animations that add a nice touch. Compared to my previous workplace where I just got standard emails, Rippling provides nice notifications with little characters that pop up, making each notification a bit different. It's just a really nice finishing touch.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

I find the dashboard layout a bit confusing, especially when trying to determine which days are paid versus unpaid. The presentation order on the dashboard can be confusing, and I have to individually click each one. I think it would be better if paid and unpaid days were in two separate areas.

I use Rippling to track my daily hours and book time off. It simplifies managing my sick leaves, vacations, balance days, and monitoring team availability in one place.

I appreciate that Rippling's interface is really smooth, easy to manage, and digest. I never had problems using it, which is super nice. It also helps me stay stress-free, especially when dealing with payment stubs, as it's super easy to see and is valuable for my work process. The convenience of being able to cash out my salary and clock in using my phone rather than a laptop is a huge plus. The initial setup was pretty smooth for me as well; I just logged in with my work email, got a confirmation code, and the team briefed us on how to use it, making the experience easy. Overall, Rippling is pretty convenient due to its easy interface, and it's helpful for keeping track of clocking in and out, worked hours, and earnings. I definitely recommend it.

I would love to cash out my salary on my phone so that I don't have to go on my laptop. It would make it more convenient for me. Just have the other essentials on your phone that's only accessible on the laptop for now.

I like how Rippling has solved the issue of missing receipts and documentation that used to be a hassle for our finance department. The system auto-generates and attaches IRS-compliant receipts to transactions, which means we no longer have to pester employees for missing documentation. It also addresses training gaps, ensuring employees don't forget to complete mandatory certifications. Additionally, setting up the learning management system was straightforward, allowing me to upload existing training videos and create an automated learning journey in a day. The parallel payroll testing process was a lifesaver during our migration, enabling data verification against our old system.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

I don't like the interface for hotel booking. It can be a bit basic when trying to organize room for more than 10 people at once. Additionally, while the AI recruiting filters are fast, they can sometimes be too aggressive with resume screening. So adding a second looks flag for candidates with strong, pass forward skill but non-traditional background will help us avoid missing out on a great talent.

It allows to have several tools in one place, centralizing the tech stack. It's overall performance is good, and I haven't had any issues with it so far. The UX is good, and intuitive regardless of the amount of options it has. The support team has been very helpful whenever we reached out to them for help on a specific topic. I haven't used all of their AI features yet, but I will be very soon on their Recruiting module. Luckily, I use Rippling every day

Implementation is a bit complex considering we are trying to centralize our tech stack, but I guess it makes a bit of sense. 
Moreover, I've never seen a system that charged for additional integrations. Normally either there's an integration or API in place (available for everybody), or there isn't.

Unfortunately, since Rippling does not have a local presence in India, the full contracted amount does not reach me — there appear to be deductions or conversion losses somewhere in the payment chain, though the exact source is unclear. I would greatly appreciate it if Rippling were to establish local operations in India, as this would ensure contractors like me receive their full compensation without unexplained shortfalls.

I find Rippling really easy to use, which is great because anybody can pick it up and start using it. The initial setup was very easy for me as an employee. I just had to set up my account, username, and email address, and then I was able to start using it. Additionally, I like how the platform keeps my team under control, letting me know where everything is. The notifications also look quite nice, which helps me manage and report on my team directly within the platform.

I think the thing that I need to learn is more on the reporting side, going deeper into reports. But its more a user skill that I need to improve. Its an excellent platform.

The multi-currency payroll automation saves us hours every month. Running payroll across USD, INR, and AED used to be a nightmare, with manual FX conversions and endless spreadsheets. Now it’s automated and accurate, and we can process everyone in one go. The India compliance side (LTA, HRA, PF, TDS) is also rock solid, with no manual overrides needed.

Beyond payroll, it’s been genuinely helpful for our Finance team to have everything.HR, benefits, expenses, and compliance docs in one place instead of spread across five different tools.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

Not much, honestly. The mobile app could use some improvements. it’s occasionally buggy and doesn’t include all the features available in the desktop version. That said, it still works really well for what we need overall.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing payroll across multiple countries, each with its own currency and tax rules, used to be a nightmare. We needed separate tools, had to do manual FX conversions, and were stuck in constant back-and-forth with accountants. Rippling now handles it all in one place: INR, USD, and AED conversions run automatically, India statutory rules (LTA, HRA, PF, TDS) are built in, and everything syncs with our accounting system without extra effort. It’s eliminated the spreadsheet chaos and cut our month-end payroll time by about 40%. For a distributed team like ours, that impact is huge.

I think Rippling is really user friendly and I like the fact that it's a platform where everything I need work-wise, like pay and PTO, is all in one place. I use it for PTO, organizational chart, payroll, and work-related services. It solves the problem of having to use multiple platforms for payment, PTO requests, organizational chart changes, and reviews. I like how it's not difficult to navigate and it's easy to find and submit requests. The fast follow-up where I get an email for a review or survey I completed is great. It's so easy for me to use, taking just a couple of minutes to make my requests, simplifying my day. The setup was super easy, with everything fast and not causing delays or information confusion even for international payments.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

None for now, it is very user friendly and easy to navigate. Perhaps better streamline in certain processes.
