Working with my Account Manager, Emily. She is the most valuable part of the service that RippleMatch provides to us. She's knowledgeable, she has great ideas and constructive feedback, and she is always there to answer questions that we have. Historically, we sought out candidates, and now RippleMatch has automated the matchmaking process. It has also helped our brand awareness and granted us access to underrepresented groups. We had improved candidate conversion leveraging RippleMatch this season.
