I like how Albert integrates directly into Slack and Microsoft Teams, making it very accessible during my daily workflow. My main gripe with Riot is the lack of customization options for some of the training modules.

There is no ryhm of reason (that I can see) behind the topics that arrive in my inbox. They just crop up at random.

Whilst the sessions are short, there is content that is not informative and that is a disttraction in the end—it is OK for the purpose of going through the excersie but there are no concise summaries such as: If X happens; Do Y : Don't do Z. Something very concise and memorable.
