No cringey videos. The "chat" format is fun and unique. **What do you dislike about Riot?** Their phishing training simply doesn't work on Comcast Business connections; Comcast's "SecurityEdge" feature thinks that the phishing training links are actual phishing and blocks them via DNS hijacking. I have reported this to Riot and they said it wasn't their problem. So one of Riot's main products is literally unusable for a large portion of the population. SecurityEdge cannot be bypassed via an allowlist and cannot be permanently disabled, and removing it from an account actually *increases* your monthly bill and removes other features, like 4G backup. Also, Riot does not support quizzes for users that allow admins to see how well users are learning. The only way to test them is with phishing training, which obviously only tests how good they are at avoiding phishing (not other security practices). It also doesn't support "lookalike" site URLs; all the phishing emails go to loginform.net, so users can simply tune out the second they see that link.
