**What do you like best about Ringover?**

We have used ringover for a few months now and fully integrated it just over 2 weeks ago This is hands down one of the best phone systems we have used as it helps log the calls and content of calls on our CRM which means no more lengthy note taking meaning we can truly focus on the conversation. Seems to be working well so far and their help desk is really quick in responding and solutions.

**What do you like best about Ringover?**

Transferred my VOIP service from Vonage to Ringover as Ringover integrates with my new CRM.
Porting of my old number was quick and seamless and Ringover customer support were prompt and extremely helpful in setting up my desk SIP phone also.
In addition, the Ringover App is super simple to use on my Samsung phone and I was up and running immediately.
Highly recommended.

Since we started using Ringover, call management has never been so smooth. The platform's ergonomics make it easy for the whole team to get started, and the CRM integrations are a real plus. Overall very satisfied with the tool, but I think the prices could be slightly reduced to better suit small businesses or startups in the launch phase. This would make the solution even more accessible without compromising its quality.

Some features I was hoping for are not as developed as with other providers.

**What problems is Ringover solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problems: Difficulties in managing incoming and outgoing calls, especially in dispersed teams with other applications. 
Benefit: Ringover centralizes all communication channels (calls, SMS, video conferencing, etc.) on a single platform, which facilitates collaboration and tracking of interactions with clients. It also makes monitoring, call whispering, and statistical tracking of KPIs easier.

Call Recording:

Problem: Lack of documentation and tracking of important conversations.
Benefit: The recording feature allows for keeping a history of exchanges, useful for employee training, compliance with standards, and setting up a quality control service to improve customer service within the framework of GDPR.

Integration with other tools:

Problem: Difficulties in synchronizing data between multiple applications (CRM, marketing tools, etc.).
Benefit: The integrations offered by Ringover enhance productivity by reducing the need to switch between different applications and consolidating information. In our company, we integrated it with our recruitment ATS Recruitee and since then the results of our recruitment service have greatly increased. Boosted by +50% in a few weeks.

There are sadly not pros to relay. The deceit in the sales process prevents being able to encourage anyone from using them

They are not honest and reliable, and they did not answer questions directly but constantly deflect. Trust is vital, and they do not handle themselves in a trustworthy manner.

They are supposed to provide reporting around outbound calls - but their HubSpot integration was clunky and again, they lied directly in their initial communication.

My experience with RINGOVER started a few months ago and it has been more than positive. The interface is very easy to use. It works just as well on a computer as on a tablet or mobile phone. It's a solution I definitely recommend. Moreover, the customer service is very efficient, quick, and easy to reach. Go for it with your eyes closed!!

We use Ringover daily in our sales and support workflows. It integrates well with our CRM and provides excellent call quality. The dashboard is user-friendly, and the analytics give us great visibility. Customer support has also been top notch. Highly recommend it for growing teams.

Even after the sale, your sales manager doesn’t disappear but stays available to help you with any questions. The platform is very easy to use, making everything simple and intuitive. The technical support team is also amazing—they not only assist with your issue but also engage in meaningful conversations while you wait. Both the sales managers and technical support experts go beyond just handling basic tasks; they truly go the extra mile to provide exceptional service.

It’s hard to point out any major drawbacks. The only feature I would suggest adding is the option to include a disclaimer when making outbound calls to clients

The product and interface itself is quite well built.

The onboarding was difficult, as we encountered a bug (later fixed by their technical team). Their pricing was not transparent at the time (in 2023), as they were no longer offering monthly subscriptions, yet this was still written on the pricing page and in the T&Cs. We left for another platform.

Have access to an international line. Interface is nicely built for a VoIP.

Honestly, is the best phone app can be found. With a fast and reliable customer service, a wonderful call log with AI integrated, you don't have to remember what your business call was about... is all recorded in audio and text format for every call! Definitely recommended!

**What do you like best about Ringover?**

As the head of the quality department, this application greatly facilitates the monitoring of my team. Easy to use, it allows me to easily access the agents' calls, making team monitoring more efficient.

Features like call summaries eliminate the need to transcribe the exchanges we have listened to, which represents a considerable time saving in processing quality points. The daily call statistics and the collaborators' agenda are also valuable assets.

In summary, this application is a real pleasure to use and its handling is extremely quick.

However, I have encountered some difficulties with Ringover, particularly due to bugs when the internet speed is not sufficiently stable or fast. This can affect the application's efficiency and cause interruptions in tracking.

Ringover is easy to use! A very responsive customer service/support. Customized support according to needs. Whether it's on the app or the website, the app responds very easily. Ease of use whether it's the call part or the dashboard. Excellent value for money. The AI features, especially for call transcription, are top-notch. The automatic recordings are very practical.

There is nothing negative about my use of Ringover; I have been using it for over 2 years and have always been very satisfied with it.

Already, the free trial. 7 days of testing with interactive posts and voice servers as if we were a client and seeing if everything suits our needs, it's more than pleasant. The deployment is fast, the service is efficient, the platform is well made, and above all, the customer service and technical support are reachable by phone & email and are super responsive. The same goes for the salespeople who perfectly understood the needs and helped even though my request seemed a bit curious to me. Being able to manage via the API as well, great. In short, very positive.

Minor drawback on the API documentation which could be slightly revised (sometimes not very precise) - but similarly, the support resolved it quickly.

Intuitive tool. You can take notes directly from the client call sheet, which makes tracking super efficient. Listening to the calls again is ideal for correcting our pitches or identifying information we might have missed. And the call pace is great for cold call campaigns.

Overall satisfied with the tool, but we have noticed some occasional bugs when replaying calls through the phone application. This can be a bit frustrating when one wants to quickly replay an exchange to refine our speech or retrieve information. We hope this point will be improved in future updates, as the feature remains very useful!

I appreciate its ease of use. The interface on both the mobile app (iPhone in my case) and the desktop app (Mac OS) is highly responsive and user-friendly.

I also find the add-ons particularly helpful in my daily workflow, as they allow me to quickly identify phone numbers on my prospect pages.

The tool integrates seamlessly with most websites, making it an essential asset for productivity.

New features, such as reminders and call scheduling, are great additions that help me plan my day and follow-ups more efficiently.

Ringover has been a valuable tool in my sales journey.

It's still a work in progress. Some features could be tested during a trial period, and perhaps beta testers could have access to improvements while suggesting new features for future updates.

One downside is that it isn't integrated with Zoho Books, although it is available for Zoho CRM—which I don’t use.

That being said, aside from this, it’s already an essential tool for everything I need.

I can easily track my objectives and goals to reach my targets. It also has a contact book, though I believe it could be improved!

I like being able to click directly on phone numbers thanks to the extensions, but especially being able to easily transfer calls to colleagues.

User for a few weeks already, I haven't noticed any drawbacks yet. Before, I was using a simple phone, so everything was less efficient.

**What problems is Ringover solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ringover has solved several problems in my daily life, notably visual fatigue. Before, I often had to squint to read the numbers on my screen and dial them manually on a physical phone, which was tedious and prone to errors. Today, thanks to Ringover and especially its extension, the numbers are automatically detected and highlighted on my screen. I just need to click to call, which saves me time and provides real comfort in my daily life.
