1. Signing up was so simple, I use the business solution and moving from google voice and a brief trial with 8x8 express it was a no brainer. 2. The support was and is superb I expect it to only improve.

The app signs you out often which is inconvenient and incoming calls do not get picked up by the app until it hits voicemail. Lots of missed calls. Have not tried other apps for second phone number options so unable to compare, but I have been using the browser version of OpenPhone and that seems to work very well.
