Rillet's a full general ledger replacing QBO, Xero, NetSuite, Sage Intacct, the product they've built is incredible. I've been a customer for a few months now and enjoy the experience a lot. They're Stripe integration is best in market and basically automates the whole revenue recognition workflow. Everything pulls in across their various integrations (AP, payroll, etc) and natively populates most of the journal entries required for the close. I was looking for a new GL that's a lot more automated than what I currently have and is working on cutting-edge features with AI. I found Rillet and the tool has been great to work with. We're a non-profit so I wasn't 100% sure at first if Rillet would be a fit. It turns out their workflows are very well-fitted for us. I like their flexibility with their classification function a lot, which allows me to classify revenue and expenses at a fine-grained level with what they call various "Fields". Rillet's great for businesses that have outgrown QBO and especially if you're a business with recurring revenue a lot of their automations are fantastic. It's really built for SaaS businesses through and through and you can tell from the functionalities they have around revenue recognition, to the reporting they have natively all the way to the non-GAAP metrics they include with ARR, cohorts and many more. The system is very easy to use and learn.
