"AI-native ERP that cut our close time in half"
5/5
What do you like best about Rillet?

The AI-native foundation is what sets Rillet apart. The AI understands the underlying data, making financial analysis faster and more intuitive than anything I've worked with before. It's also simplified routine tasks like journal entries and data entry, freeing me up to focus on more complex, higher-value analysis. It's a meaningful shift in how our accounting function operates day-to-day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rillet?

Coming from a desktop-based accounting platform, the transition to web-based took some adjustment. Having to sign in and out can occasionally get in the way, but it's a minor inconvenience relative to everything Rillet delivers, so it's well worth the trade-off. "Modern Platform with Streamlined Features"
5/5
What do you like best about Rillet?

I use Rillet for our company ERP, and it really feels like a modern platform built for finance teams today. Compared to legacy ERP systems, which can be clunky and overly complex, Rillet offers a sleeker experience. I especially appreciate how much functionality lives directly inside the platform. Managing prepaid expenses, fixed assets, accrual workflows, and other reconciliations natively in Rillet instead of using separate Excel work papers creates real operational efficiency, which is hugely beneficial during our month-end close. This integration of processes within Rillet saves time and improves visibility into our financials, lowering our risk by reducing dependency on disparate Excel files. Implementation was a piece of cake thanks to a great team at Rillet, and the historical migration of data from QuickBooks Online was the easiest I've seen in my career. Additionally, we integrate banks, payroll, and billing systems directly into Rillet, and it's worked well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rillet?

I'd probably say reporting and analytics. Some of the reporting capabilities are still maturing compared to legacy platforms that have been around forever. But what's impressed me is the pace of iteration. It feels like every week new features, enhancements and reporting improvements are being rolled out. So while there are still areas evolving, it hasn't really slowed us down because the team is highly responsive and the product velocity is extremely strong. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Multi-Entity Consolidation Made Easy, with Smooth Close and Responsive Rillet Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Rillet?

The multi-entity consolidation has been a big one for us — we have entities in the US and India and it just works, without a lot of manual work holding it together. I also didn't expect the close process to change as much as it did, but we've gotten to a place where we're closing continuously, which has been huge for the team. The people at Rillet have also made a real difference. Implementation was smoother than I expected, and the support hasn't dropped off since — they're responsive and actually follow through. What do you dislike about Rillet?

Nothing that's been a real issue. Questions come up here and there but the team turns things around fast, so nothing ever becomes a pain point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast, Easy-to-Use Accouting Automation with Excellent Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Rillet?

Easy to use interface. High levels of accounting automation for deferred revenue, invoicing, amortizations, reporting, strong MCP connectors. It performs very fast. Pricing is very reasonable especially compared to Netsuite. Implementation was very fast and easy, and support has been excellent. So many things to love! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rillet?

There are still some workarounds needed, but they are all workable and minor, and I know fixes are on the roadmap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Growth Leader"
5/5
What do you like best about Rillet?

I was skeptical of AI in accounting. Most of what I'd seen was just a chat interface over stale data. Rillet's AI feels different because it works off live GL data. Every action has an audit trail and the agents are built for specific accounting tasks. Flux analysis and accruals used to take a lot of time, but with Rillet we spend maybe an hour reviewing. The natural language reporting is also something I use more than I expected: ask a question, get a sourced answer from the actual books. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rillet?

Nothing that's stuck with me. The product keeps improving and the team has been great about taking feedback seriously. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Rlllet Transformed How We Manage Revenue and Contracts"
5/5
What do you like best about Rillet?

Rillet gives us a structured way to manage multi-year contracts, minimum usage commitments, and revenue recognition. It has strong flexibility for mixing subscription and usage-based products, which is important for us. The ability to integrate with Stripe for payments and with Avalara for tax compliance makes our processes more seamless. The customer success team is also very responsive—when challenges come up, they actively test solutions and work through them with us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rillet?

A few workflows could be even more streamlined, but overall things work well. Integrations are improving quickly, and the support team is excellent whenever we need guidance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Rillet Eliminated Our Manual Processes and Cut Close Time by 10 Days"
5/5
What do you like best about Rillet?

The multi-dimensional tagging capabilities are game-changing - I can tag balance sheet transactions across contracts, which QuickBooks simply cannot do. The contracts module and revenue waterfall replaced our single FPA spreadsheet and now I can pull contracted revenue data in seconds instead of managing messy manual reconciliations. The prepaid amortization module is seamless - you just put in the dates and there's no schedule to maintain. We went from closing by the 15th to targeting the 5th, saving 40-50 hours of manual work each month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rillet?

User permissions could be more granular - I'd love read-only access for leadership. However, I know read-only access is coming out at the end of the quarter; we're very excited for it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Rillet is heads and shoulders above the competition at a similar price point."
4.5/5
What do you like best about Rillet?

Rillet stands out for its exceptional user-friendliness and provides a solution that aligns perfectly with our accounting and finance needs. I greatly appreciate the continuous improvements they roll out, along with their dedication to enhancing the features already in place.

The customer support team is excellent and consistently makes a real difference whenever we encounter problems or need assistance with special requests. Furthermore, the migration team was efficient, practical, and committed, working hard to meet our specific needs and requests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rillet?

There’s very little I dislike about Rillet. While a few modules could benefit from some refinement, I feel reassured by their ongoing improvements and am confident that these areas are being addressed. In the future, I would appreciate seeing an ASC 842 module integrated directly into the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clear picture of SaaS revenue - thank you Rillet!"
5/5
What do you like best about Rillet?

Rillet has native integrations with Salesforce and Stripe, this allows us to have a clear picture of revenue by customer. I used to spend multiple days each month calculating that information, juggling between CSV downloads and complex formulae in several spreadsheets. Deferred revenue was a nightmare to parse. Now revenue by customer and deferred revenue calculations are all automated and a breeze to navigate within Rillet. Rillet's prepaid automation is super handy too. Ditching my Excel based supporting schedule for prepayments has been a boon to my month end processes. The Stripe reconciliation engine reconciles payouts and fees automatically. The Rillet team is rolling out new updates to the platform weekly, and it's been great to see how the product has evolved since we started working with them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rillet?

There is no fixed assist register requiring tracking of fixed assets and monthly depreciation elsewhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
