I love how easy it is to use and quick it is to set up. There are so many helpful features that I have not even scratched the surface. I love how it can be used differently for peoples needs and how my partners and I all are able to utilize this tool in a way that works for us. Rilla has been great as it is constantly adapting and improving. I love how it reminds me to turn it on for upcoming appointments and to turn off after long ones. I think it is brilliantly designed Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My main downsides are the accuracy of some transcripts. At times, it attributes someone else’s words to me, or mine to someone else, which can be troublesome when a manager is reviewing and reading only the transcript without clear context about who said what. It’s also frustrating that you can’t delete your own conversations or trim them, especially when multiple people are talking or someone interrupts an appointment and it can’t differentiate between speakers or allow you to edit it.
How Rilla adds notes into Pulse, our proprietary CRM, isn’t always the most accurate either, although I’m sure it will improve over time. Context is very important, and often the people we’re working with will come in without an official appointment set up in Pulse. Because of that, it can be frustrating to see a low score shown for an “initial” appointment even when it’s actually the fifth time meeting with that person.
Most things are great, though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
