**What do you like best about Rilla?**

Love using Ai Rick.  The post appointment review process does a great job highlighting strengths and weaknesses. What I did well as well as areas for improvement are discussed in natural language. The entire process is seamless. Ask Ai Rick anything and he provides useful insight instantly. My closing ratio and performance has improved dramatically since I started using Rilla.

**What do you dislike about Rilla?**

The user interface could use some work. The signin landing page (Comments section) is not useful. Would prefer to open directly to my personal recordings, especially since this area is hard to find within the menu. Also the Conversations section shows the entire team by default and I have to filter it to see just my conversations. Also, Apple watch integration is not fully supported yet. I will say that customer support (via chat feature) is very strong.

**What problems is Rilla solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rilla ride-alongs eliminate the need for peer ride-alongs. The instant after appointment feedback replaces the extra man-hours it would take for in-person peer ride-alongs. This is valuable feedback that when used properly will have huge financial benefits.

**What do you like best about Rilla?**

Rilla gives our sales team and leadership the insights to help close more sales, and improve our overall process. It gives insights that would require significantly more time to do manually, and the service has been top notch. The underlying AI system is well trained on sales tactics, and integrates well with our existing CRM system. The cost is definitely an investment, and a considerable value for our team. I haven't had any issues with performance, it performs as expected.

**What do you dislike about Rilla?**

The software does a good job of gamifying the “ridealong” features, which helps ensure the team is monitoring and actually using the software. That said, the notifications can become annoying, even when I’m consistently active in the app.

**What problems is Rilla solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rilla helps our sales team analyze their appointments to increase their efficiency and performance in the customer's home. This allows them to improve their individual sales process to close more deals.

**What do you like best about Rilla?**

I love being able to access old jobs and review what happened so we can see what to change and do better next time. I also like being able to coach in real time and save the deal right then and there.

There isn’t much to dislike about Rilla. Occasionally, jobs get attached to the wrong client, but that’s usually due to user error. When it happens, their support team is great about responding quickly and making the necessary adjustments.

**What problems is Rilla solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rilla integrates directly with ServiceTitan and gives me clear visibility into how my technicians and CSRs are performing. I also like that it has a user-friendly interface that I can access externally on the go from my phone, which is something I don’t get with ServiceTitan. It helps me know what is happening at the job without having to do physical ridealongs

Not always quickly updated for recorded calls.

Rilla has a lot of great features.  I think the ability to leave video comments is great, real time coaching.   Being able to review calls in minutes and give actionable feedback is amazing.   BUT my ABSOLUTE favorite thing is RICK AI WWE VOICE  HELL YEAH BROTHER

**What do you dislike about Rilla?**

The only issue I see is the cost of entry.  I think a lot of contractors shy away because of price... and I'm not even saying that the price is wrong... I see the value there, and if used properly performance will increase and you will have ROI.  I think also if there was an avenue for someone to use it to consult companies instead of a whole company signing up, it would be great.

Rilla continues to improve access to coaching quickly.   It benefits our time because they get real time feedback and we aren't relying on having to schedule time to ride together.  SAVES TIME

**What do you like best about Rilla?**

I am able to review my sales team, give them valuable feedback on each appointment without leaving my office. My team is also able to review their own appointment

**What do you dislike about Rilla?**

Buyer beware! I have been using this product for a few years but I decided that I could not afford it this year. My intent was to cancel my service once I received my auto renewal notice which I did not receive it. As soon as I saw the charge on my credit card I notified them. They refuse to cancel and refund my $13K for my annual subscription. I have my credit card on file with lots of companies who all notify me when my renewal is coming up to make sure there are no changes and as a curtsey. This is an extremely deceptive way of doing business. If you do not have access to the internet it will not work.

**What do you like best about Rilla?**

I love being able to see the in-depth conversations my salespeople have with Rilla. It's valuable because before Rilla, I never knew the conversations my team was having nor could I correct them if they were saying something incorrect. Now I can hear firsthand exactly what conversations they are having, and the feedback I can get from them is priceless. I enjoy the ride alongs and being able to hear the tonality of my people, which helps me tell if they are being sincere or insincere. The initial setup of Rilla was very easy and user-friendly, especially the rollout with Salesforce. Overall, I'm very satisfied with Rilla, and I would rate it a 10. I love this product.

**What do you dislike about Rilla?**

I enjoy the ride alongs and hearing the tonality of my people. If the process to access these ride alongs were shortened to a simple click of a button, I would not be able to gain that same access or insight from it.

**What do you like best about Rilla?**

I use Rilla to review metrics and push business initiatives forward. It provides clarity and a deeper understanding of what’s working and why, which is incredibly helpful. I really appreciate the usability of Rilla; it’s not hard to use at all. Even managers and reps at all stages of technology can use it easily. The depth is another aspect I like because it allows me to go beyond the surface and see trends and insights that help reps improve and managers become better coaches. Setting it up was very easy, which is a big plus.

I wish there was a different interface for admins that didn’t take me directly to ride alongs. Most of my interactions are analytics and not ride along driven.

**What do you like best about Rilla?**

I really enjoy the inside visibility to the reps sales presentations.  It has helped me confirm what I have suspected or thought were key issues that needed coaching.

**What do you dislike about Rilla?**

There really isn’t anything other than the interface with our CRM and the challenges we are having on our side of making sure the recording ls are happening and attaching to the right appointments.  I also wish there was a recording device that helped more than the phones as the sales reps often don’t have their phone in their hands when walk-in come in and they start the recording late because of it.  Also the recording quality is tough when they try and put their phone in their pocket to make it less awkward. I would love it if there was a recording device they could wear, like the Apple Watch or a magnet device they could wear that could record instead of their phones, but they could get clearer recordings because they weee wearing it like a badge or something.

Quicker coaching and insights to presentations when we can’t be there for sure.

I like that Rilla is constantly adding features that help us as managers connect with our reps. It's great that we're able to go back to past appointments and give live feedback, share voice comments, and utilize the ride-along feature. This feature allows me to not only go back and leave feedback but also witness the appointment live as it's happening. The Rilla live feature is particularly helpful since it allows us to be in many places at once, which is typically impossible. I appreciate being able to balance between multiple appointments within a short amount of time and leave live feedback for the reps to use.

**What do you dislike about Rilla?**

Some of the ride along features when I'm doing rilla live, as far as when I first pop in, it has prompts that make me have to type something in there before I can interact with how the appointment being transcribed and scroll to the parts I want. It'd be nice if leaving a comment wasn't necessary right as soon as you pop into it. I can just interact with it as I see fit.

Rilla helps us solve issues by allowing us to review appointments remotely, providing feedback to reps, and balancing multiple appointments live. It helps managers connect with reps, give live feedback, and understand what went wrong in appointments.

I really like how Rilla is trying to collaborate with humans instead of replacing them. It seems focused on helping humans be more efficient. I also like all the cool new features and how they're always coming out with something new. I find it easy to use; it's not complicated at all. I love the dashboards and how you can navigate the website. Additionally, our account manager, Isabella, is awesome. Her training and responsiveness have made the setup process pretty easy.

I don't want Rilla to be used as a catch tool or a watch my back tool for managers on our sales reps. We want this to truly be a coaching tool. It's important to get buy-in from our sales team to ensure Rilla is used the right way to help us get better.

**What do you like best about Rilla?**

I use Rilla as a VP of sales for a franchise group and find it extremely effective for checking script compliance, measuring sales skills, and helping to coach my team. I love the new role play feature that was just rolled out as it allows people to coach themselves using the AI, which works with real objections they face in appointments while it's fresh in their minds. This is extremely helpful. The ride alongs are also extremely useful, allowing me to dig deeper when someone is struggling to understand what might be preventing their sales. I find the analytics function to be very useful as well, as it provides a bird's eye view of various key trends on who's selling and why they might be selling more than others.

**What do you dislike about Rilla?**

I have a two-step appointment process and there's no way to link the site assessment to the presentation, which would really help in mapping out the customer journey. Also, the integration with our CRM, Zoho, is a bit shoddy and doesn't always connect well, so we don't get truly accurate analytics. The initial setup was about a six out of ten in terms of ease because we had to do a lot of integration work with our IT head and the Rilla team to get it to communicate properly with Zoho. Plus, there are still script attribution issues that cause problems.

I use Rilla to check script compliance, measure sales skills, and coach my team effectively. The role play, ride-alongs, and analytics functions help us improve performance by addressing real objections and providing a bird's eye view of sales trends.

I like that Rilla allows me the opportunity to play back the conversations I've had with a customer. This helps me evaluate how well I was able to accomplish certain trackers. I also like how there's an AI feature that points out the best parts of the demo or sections that need to be improved upon. The initial setup was easy, even though it was a bit confusing at first, but once you understand its capability and functionality, it’s quite user friendly.

Unfortunately, Rilla does not pick up on tonality, body language, or any kind of posturing. So, it does not fully capture the sales experience.

It’s really great to have something you can go back to and clearly see where your strengths and weaknesses are.

It never gets our company name right, and it also seems to have a few issues with customer names.

Rilla has powerful tools that allow for quick call review and transcript navigation. It makes it easy to find areas of opportunity for the sales rep and add feedback.

Need to be careful with deploying the tool. If not executed properly, sales reps see it as big brother watching over them. It must be presented for what it is, a tool to help increase performance.

I like Rilla for its accessibility, ease of use, and intelligence. It gives me the ability to monitor my reps' activity to ensure they're following the processes we've put together, allowing me to coach them better. The setup was very easy and straightforward.

I think some of the intelligence behind it is not easily manipulated to make it more personal for me. I think that there are some glitches in some of the appointments on the recording side.

I like how good Rilla is at tracking conversations. It's helpful because I can see who said what and better track if the rep is listening. Also, for me, the initial setup was easy.

Sometimes the tracker is not accurate. It thinks something is missing in the tracker, but when I listen to the conversation, it is there.

The instant feedback that it gives, it’s probably what currently helps me the most. However, something I haven’t used but did learn about and look forward to using, is the Rilla intelligence. 
I really think the role-play feature will be beneficial

I would say my only issue sometimes it doesn’t decipher me and the customer correctly. Sometimes the dialogue will read customer, and it will actually be me speaking and vice versa.

The software allows managers and coaches to evaluate real-time data off their staff. This allows insight into training, information retention, customer service, and provides training opportunities for reps and managers.

It can be addictive! While this software allows us to work directly inside of each appointment, managers would do well to still find time to meet face to face.

With reps in houses all over the midwest, it is impossible to ensure that all custoemrs receive the same information, care and aservice. RILLA allows us to spot check and fix issues almost in real time. We can compare the difference in top earners and low earners and then bridge that gap with real life evidence and follow up training.

**What do you like best about Rilla?**

We have been using Rillavoice for three months and it is simply dynamic.  The opportunities for coaching our sales reps are seemingly endless.  New reps are learning faster.  Experience reps are held accountable to the process.  Customer complaints can be reviewed and addressed more effectively.  The company is protected against fraud claims.  Successful reps can be used as an example for others.  

Also, the Rillavoice team has been extremely responsive and helpful with onboarding, training, support, and assistance as we continue to use the software.

**What do you dislike about Rilla?**

The setup process for us was a lot.  Getting the sales script mapped to the AI correctly took a lot of review.  Make sure you allow plenty of time for onboarding and training for not only sales reps, but also managers to understand how to interpret all the data.

Also, it's important for sales reps to fully understand the value of the software.  If they are unwilling to record or engage the software, it doesn't have much value.  It's much easier for newer employees to adopt the program than existing employees.  Existing employees tend to be more resistant to change.

**What problems is Rilla solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rillavoice has allowed me to teach my sales reps how to coach themselves.  I don't need to be involved in every presentation to help them get better faster.  I can also see trends in their presentation.  Which parts are they best at?  Which parts need more work?  The coaching process has completely improved.

**What do you like best about Rilla?**

What I like best about Rilla is it created more time for me as a manager to be more productive. Saves time from driving around and doing ride-alongs, where I can do them right from my desk now and listen to every consultant on a day to day basis. Many cool features allow them to interact with each other's calls. If someone on the team is struggling with an objection, they can go to another employee's call, hit search and type in their objective and see what they can do differently as they listen to other teammate's calls. Rilla, also does weekly check-ins to see how we are doing with the software and any help I need.

**What do you dislike about Rilla?**

One thing that I dislike is on is the translation in the script between the customer and comfort consultant. It all blends in so if your not listening and just reading you cant tell the difference.

**What problems is Rilla solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Close rates are 18% in two months. The team is being held accountable because "big brother is listening". It is also helping training in 1 on 1's and team meetings when we listen to calls. Know more running around with ride alongs, everything is done from my desk and saves time.

**What do you like best about Rilla?**

Rilla gives you back that control when you think the sales team is getting the best of you. Not only can you listen to the rep inside the home, but you can quickly decipher what the rep did well and what not so much.  Business is a numbers game, and now I have the numbers.

I enjoy comparing how reps handle specific objections or rebuttals quickly. So not only can my team learn faster, but they are motivated when they see how small percentages of improvement make big gains in their wallets.

**What do you dislike about Rilla?**

That I can't turn on the record button for a sales rep to make sure it's on when in the home.

**What problems is Rilla solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are solving the armchair quarterbacking issue.  They put me in the game with the team. I see specifically what they are having difficulty with, and I know exactly how to fix it with examples from other reps that have successfully done it.

I see their percentages and how they differ from the other reps, and I can pull sales % reports.  If a rep has a low %s, the app shows me specifically how they differ from successful reps without doing much more than opening the app and tapping on the stats button.

**What do you like best about Rilla?**

Rillavoice is used by the outside sales team at my company to identify areas of improvement during the customer interaction. Its most important feature is identifying which topics of interest were covered and which areas were lacking in coverage during a consultation.

Rillavoice shares your interactions, statistics about them, and more data with you and your managers. I would definitely recommend this to other businesses that deal directly with other businesses or consumers to sell any product.

**What do you dislike about Rilla?**

The voice recognition and transcription could be improved.

The app doesn't currently differentiate between parties when there are multiple customers or multiple sales reps. 

Rillavoice only recognizes English and it would be helpful to add more languages.

**What problems is Rilla solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rillavoice helps myself and my team find areas for improvement when building value with the customer. It is an efficient way to track down those areas. I have definitely noticed an improvement in my performance now that I'm at a firm where Rillavoice is in use!

Rillavoice provides same day feedback through playback, transcripts, and speech rates. Rillavoice also matches your true presentation to script expectations and provides a score. There is also a feature that shares where you measure against the top reps and that helps to keep you motivated.

When I receive a call, the recording pauses and I tend to forget to go back and resume the recording. Maybe a reminder can pop up after the phone call to resume or stop the recording.

Rillavoice gives real time feedback which helps me figure out where things went right or wrong before starting my next presentation. Rillavoice captures specific parts of the script that was missed and even allows me to jump quickly to a specific part of my presentation for easy review.

We signed up with Rilla Voice a year ago. Their enthusiasm for customer service is top-notch. They worked with us on edits to the system to better fit our needs. They are building a community of sales reps who can listen and learn from each other.
As a manager, it is helpful to hear how my reps are, or are not, following our company process and how they respond to customers so that I can provide feedback and further coaching. Listening to themselves after an in home sales appointment helps them pick out their weaknesses and how they possibly had misunderstood a customer. I have already recommended Rilla to other companies.

The app is understandably a work in progress, but they are quick to address glitches.

We love using Rilla for three main reasons. It's an excellent tool for our new sales reps to give them best practices. Coaching our sales team. It's also come in handy for those he-said/she-said moments.

Rilla has made taken a ton of our suggestions over the year to add so many more features, with even more coming down the road. If there's something we don't like or you don't like. Their development team is open to feedback and first class.

They are adding a ton of integration to link conversations we have recorded to our CRM. They are making it easier for our sales reps to remember to hit record.
